look at the men arrested for a bomb plot targeting somali's in kansas. investigators saying 49-year- old curtis wayne allen, 47-year- old patrick eugene stein and gavin wayne wright were behind this. their plan was to set up a bomb at an apartment home. this is unraveled after an 11 month investigation. the they made contact with the person they were looking for. we're told no one was hurt but cops say they are still trying to sort everyone out. back in the live desk, phoenix police searching for this guy right here. you recognize him? they say he held up a bank at gunpoint. cops say he went to the store

construction workers. two of them very seriously. the arizona registrar has contractors ordering a suspension for work. the finding of the church had been subcontracted to an unlicensed entity and they also found seven other violations. a hearing is scheduled for the end of the month. new information in a west phoenix drive by shooting. police are telling us that they believe the man who was shot also had a gun. still no arrests tonight in yesterday's shooting near 75th avenue and indian cool. he was taken to the hospital, no word tonight on his condition. cops in chandler still searching tonight for who they believe is one angry exgirlfriend. a man hit by a car outside a cvs near ray and price road. police say his exgirlfriend ran him down and then drove off. the man was taken to the

okay. developing now, tires and car parts disappearing. the target cars and trucks parked outside. abc15's joe bartel spoke to some of the victims here. joe where is this happening? >> steve, we are near 44th street and thomas where in rancho ventura neighborhood. this truck was the target of thieves this morning most recently more tires stolen off a truck from across the street. this morning's theft could have been so much but wheel locks stopped the crooks from stealing the tires. the owner told us it's happened before. that time her truck left on cinder blocks. >> we've been getting a lot of thefts in the neighborhood and it's just a little tiresome. bikes are being taken from out of people's backyards. i feel this neighborhood is being targeted. >> and some neighbors told me that they are only parking in

situation. the victims of the hurricane in haiti, they're still waiting for help tonight. police shot and killed keith scott last night outside his charlotte home. family and friends gathering tonight for a final goodbye at his funeral. officers say that gun he refused to drop but his family still saying that isn't true. >> we lost our brother, a father, a son in a sad and tragic way. >> scott's funeral was originally scheduled for earlier in the month. it was move because of hurricane matthew. the medical examiner's autopsy report has not yet been released. a police officer, two detectives and an escort.

took the stand tonight. he's accused of intentionally leaving him inside a hot car for more than seven hours. that was back in 2014. that trial will take place monday. the man who changed his name to west wild hogg is having to get used to new digs. he's accused of taking a 4-year- old girl this past weekend which then prompted an amber alert. they were found a couple of days later in tennesse hurt. hogg who again recently changed his name as a former friend of her -- is a former friend of her family. we're on a wildfire watch. high winds helped fuel the 200- acre firement those flames

several roads. no word on what started all of this. a single engine plane crashing today in an airport in pennsylvania. it happened while the pilot was practicing take offs and landings. he survived but was flown to the hospital. the airport was closed for a while after this. we're talking about the work on the bell grand bridge. crews pouring concrete this week to create sidewalks on that bridge. they are also putting in barriers and fences. the bridge will carry bell road over the u.s. 60 in surprise. when it's finished both drivers and pe pedestrians will be able to use it. dan akee born and raised in the navajo nation fought in four battles in the pacific. he returned to become a minister.
