we have delays on the 10 and we'll map that out in a few minutes. lots of damage at a fire at an apartment complex in tempe but the damage wasn't from the flames. this happened because food was left on the stove. there was minor damage to the cabinets near the stove and the fire was out before firefighters arrived because the sprinklers kicked on, flooding some of the units there. five people from two units displaced. three weeks and counting to the presidential election. there's a new effort to get you to the ballot box. >> a lot of people say arizona is a swing state this year. >> reporter: we are talking about bernie sanders, chelsea clinton in the valley, also michelle obama. she says she's coming to the valley, just announced.

that's coming up in the seven- day forecast. drivers in the north valley, starting to see the desert drive times inching up, to about 11 minutes here on the 101 eastbound. the drive time takes you to 51 but by the time you hit 7th avenue, things are looking much better. we have a crash on the 10 westbound at university drive. i don't think it's going to slow you down much. where you'll see the slowing on the 10 west valley drivers, this is probably a situation you're used to but it's pretty heavy. you get over 30 minutes to get to the airport, so expect a lot of delays there. we'll look at i-10 in the east valley next. how about this shipment? this is a bunch of cargo on its way to the international space station, the rocket blasting off in virginia late last night.
