will become. extreme weather in the philippines, dealing with a second storm for the second time in a week. a super typhoon crashed into the northern province of that country with sustained winds of 127 miles an hour. gusts reached over 175 miles per hour. at least four people were killed. thousands fled to shelters as the storm approached. of course, there was flooding in the philippines, but also in hong kong. even before the super typhoon arrived there. one witness was caught on a public bus as rain ran down the street. the super typhoon is expected to come within about 60 miles of hong kong tomorrow. the fbi arrested a russian man accused of hacking into the professional networking service linkedin and others. investigators believe he hacked into servers in 2012 and may have compromised the credentials of 100 million users, more than first thought. the information includes user names and passwords and may have

back here, police in san francisco say that shooting near a high school was gang-related, and the 15-year-old female victim was the target. they are now looking for the four suspects who fled after spraying gunfire in the parking lot. extra security ordered for the school and grief counselors were on hand. >> i went home last night, and i hugged and kissed my kids so tightly. i have a heavy responsibility to create safety. >> the three students who were wounded been released from the hospital. this was the scene as a school bus burned outside an elementary school in south carolina. the driver got a group of children off the bus after smelling smoke while arriving at the school. no one was injured, but the bus is considered a total loss. a 62-year-old woman from spain shows off a bouncy baby

>> yes, my son, my son's not breathing. we're at kfc. >> okay. not breathing at all? >> he's not responding. >> reporter: officer chase miller pulling into that lot. on the scene within one minute, the first there. when he pulls in, you see that worker there in red, the parents to the right, holding their 3-year-old who stopped breathing. his mother carries him over. you see the officer hold the boy, and then place him on the ground giving him cpr. the parents pacing, grief striken. the officer then shows the father how to do compressions, how to keep the cpr going while the officer gets a breathing mask from the patrol car. this would continue for several agonizing minutes. there was brayden standing next to the officer first on the scene after saving his life. his parents grateful.

big news from tesla this morning. the company says it will be outfitting all the new cars with the technology to make them fully self-driving, but the systems won't be activated until further testing is done. the new technology includes eight surround cameras and censers to operate without a human driver. there's no specific timetable for the auto pilot but says the system needs millions of miles of real world driving before they are o nearly 200,000 jeep wranglers in the u.s. are being recalled because of faulty wiring that affects the air bags. it affects 2016-17 models. more information on abcnews.com. t-mobile paying a fine over the dispute over unlimited data plans. that fine follows the fcc complaint that t-mobile didn't let customers know about data

hombres, a derogatory term, there was a audible gasp in the spin room. one thing that was kind of interesting to me being here covering a debate for the first time this campaign season, was that there were a lot of laugh lines. it's not really what you would expect for an event that's this serious with so much at stake, but a number of the interchanges between or -- the exchanges rather between clinton and trump had a comical turn and there was laughter at what kind of read as jokes at times with their spats. and as far as inside the debate hall and chris wallace, one thing that stood out to me during the part of the discussion over the allegations of sexual misconduct that trump is facing, which he continues to deny and denied tonight, once trump asserted that he has the greatest respect for women or so much respect to woman, something to that effect, chris wallace needed to say something to the crowd, asking them to settle
