valley, no major action here. we've seen a few stray sprinkles that's been all for us, we have lots to track. even tucson getting hit with shower and thunderstorms activity. it's this line out to the west. that we're going to be watching as we head into your late night forecast. some models like this latest futurecast run do bring a little bit of that. in through the valley. as we head into the evening forecast will stay in the higher terrain or those spolts out to the west. a slight chance this evening, temperatures in the 80s for the next several hours but your forecast getting incredibly warm by the end of the week. we're going to take a look at the record that will be in jeopardy coming up in just minutes. in democracy 2016. a new poll shedding light.

staying busy. kaine in the sunshine state at early voting rallies in miami and palm beach. pence making the rounds in north carolina. he made stops in two different cities there. the two have many more events coming up for the rest of the week. hillary clinton and michelle obama planning to campaign together. it'll be the first time they'll be hitting the trail side by side. the two plan to be in south carolina on thursday. we're just now hearing from the families shaken awake by a car slamming into a wall. just a few feet from their home. the two people inside the crashed car shot to death. abc15's joe bartels is live in roosevelt in phoenix. what do we know now. >> it was very scary for the family inside. their cinder block wall was

they went outside, they found two men bleeding and unconscious. they called 911. police say two hispanic men were dead inside that car. i heard my cousin she was like screaming because she got scared then we came outside and that's when we saw the car right there in our house. >> and police do not believe that this is connected to the phoenix serial street shooter case. the names of the victims have not yet been reporting live, joe bartels. and almost a year to the day when a phoenix man hit his father. he was sentenced to four years in prison. his family ran the business he later returned to the store shot his younger brother four times. incredibly that little brother survived his injuries.

smoke in tempe. two cars crashed leaving one just covered in flames engulfed in flames. thankfully nobody was injured. the ramp was closed until that mess is cleaned up. a not guilty plea today from an arizona woman facing terrorism charges. michelle bastion in court. she and her husband thomas are accused of planning to set up a the bomb. she is scheduled to be back in court in december. discovery leading to the arrest of a man in pinol county. charles garcia is accused of sexually assaulting and taking inappropriate pictures of two young girls. a parent helped crack the case when she found photos of her own daughter on an sd card belonging to garcia. police found him hiding in a home. we have the video you will only see on abc15 as a tattoo parlor is fire bombed.

on the breaks at all. the bus was returning to los angeles yesterday morning when it crashed on i10 near palm springs. 29 other people were hurt in this. in a news conference today. officials said the bus had been inspected three times since 2014. and no mechanical issues were found. right now at the live desk, all new since world news an all out man hunt in oklahoma for this guy. he's accused of killing two people and opening fire on officers. police issued a wanted poster for michael vance. he had just killed two of his relatives and shot and injured two officers. officials say he also has a medical condition and that he may be trying to spread that disease while on the run. businesses beware again. the controversial group that's flooded the valley with disability lawsuits is sending more people to do more

places it's already sued. >>-- is trying to quickly fix developments in their cases. it only lists the organization not a person. a federal judge recently tossed the case saying you can't sue if someone wasn't actually harmed. it appears aid is worried about 1,200 of their cases that may be in jeopardy. it is now trying a one size all. aid is asking for three men to be added. rickentailor and two brothers, who is now inspecting every business.

the attorney general's office inis investigating. that's why aid is going after the ag. in aid's new motion they also asked the judge to force the ags office to do periodic aga inspection and it dropped off these boxes at the ags office. inside it claims there are 9,000 complaints of violations in parking lots of businesses they haven't sued yesterday. >> now the big ag/case is next. in the meantime we're going to be digging deeper into the background of those brothers that ag is using to inspect business. >> leaders putting the breaks on a planned medical marijuana festival. city leaders have denied a permit for the event. it was supposed to happen this weekend at the casa grand dome. organizers say the medical marijuana would not have been sold at the event but people would have been able to bring it and use it there.

updated it to say, finally we agree on something except for how to get there. tracking the forecast tonight. we're at 88 degrees with clear skyless. winds are light out of the north. our dewpoint is up in the 50s. we have moisture flowing in temperatures this evening looked good but the chance for rain continues. cape creek already down into the 70s. the rest of the valley hanging on to the mid-80s for the most part. mid- to upper 50s in prescott and paon degrees. let's talk about those changes moisture coming in. you can see all the green here on the water vapor imagery. that stuff flows in from the southwest. we have dewpoints well up over the last 24 hours in fact, in some cases up to the north we've seen nearly a 30-degree increase in those dewpoints. and all of that moisture is leading to some shower and thunderstorms development mainly out to the west tonight. as we take a closer look at these storms, we're tracking them moving into kingman right now. lots of lightning with this

area. every strike you see is a cloud to ground strike. it stretches down along i10 to court side. these showers advancing to the east and northeast. and we're going to keep a slight chance in the valley as we continue to track these storms to the west. our chance at 30% through the evening forecast. here's the latest run. it does look pretty light by the time any of that makes its here. most of the activity stays up to the north in the overnight forecast tomorrow there will be chances for show thunderstorms up there again along the rim. while our valley forecast stays dry. much more sunshine tomorrow too. we start out in the 70s in the morning. 10:00a.m. takes us to 80. 89 at 2:00 and 91 at 4:00 p.m. we'll hit 90 in chandler tomorrow. and 89 in mason and paradise valley. glendale with your valley to your north at 91. even in our coldest spots even in the 40s.
