and tonight police are looking for the driver in that white older model car. peoria police nab a 15-year-old wanteded in a drug related shooting. he's accused of assaulting and robbing an 18-year-old man during a drug meet up earlier this month. the victim shot in the chest and leg but did survive. authorities say the teen also shot himself in the wrist. to tucson, and a gun battle involving police in a gun battle. he took out a gun and started shooting at police. that man now in the hospital recovering as is one offer who was grazed. the gunfight continues in a suspect involved in a violent crime spree that left two people dead hurt four others. two officers were shot before michael vance stole a police car, ditched it then carjacked another vehicle from there investigators say vance drove

right now we are clear and quiet statewide no clouds to track any where. high pressure is already starting to rebuild. so here's futurecast as we go into the middle of the week. big ridge of high pressure taking over and bringing back some incredibly warm temperatures that could set records by thursday. right now we're at 90 degrees coming off our high of 29. dewpoint still in the low 50s and winds out of the east at are 7 miles per hour. some spots in the valley still in the low 9 phoenix. there are a lot of other places in the upper 80s at this hour. like deer valley and scottsdale. we're also seeing up in buckeye and surprise. down to our south 88 also in tucson. out to the east. 81 in globe. 83 in stafford. temperatures in the low 70s. all three of the spots at 73 degrees.

down to 38 in flagstaff. 37 in window rock and the grand canyon. colder overnight temperatures but with the clear skies. we are not going to see a temperature drop to the freezing point it'll take us a little longer to get there as we get toward the end of the week. cooler air coming across our state and we could see freezes. 38 for flagstaff that will be at 68 for tomorrow. 80degrees in we climb to the low eight -- 80s at 10:00. upper 80s at noon. phoenix peaking at 94 degrees right around 4:00 in the afternoon tomorrow. that is going to put us at 9 degrees below average. we'll keep that average at 85 as we head toward the end of the week too. air quality will be moderate for ozone and particles like

for. peaks tomorrow between noon and 1:00 p.m. so if you do have to be outside during that hour make sure you have some sunscreen on or you might get burned. 93 out in apache junction. 91 in anthem and 94 in peoria for tomorrow afternoon. here's the next seven days by thursday, we're up to 98 and that is the record for thursday. so at this point it looks like and it'll be the warmest day of the week. we see another storm approach thursday and friday. maybe a few isolated showers up north but the valley forecast right now appears to stay dry and just a little bit cooler. that doze of cooler air drops us down into the low 90s through the weekend. early next week we're still looking at low 90s. 90degrees on halloween on monday. that will put trick or treating temperatures in the 80s. >> surviving a 100-foot fall is a miracle for anybody after the
