arpaio be judged by his peers? >> if he does have a right to a jury trial, they are going to make the decisions that make sense to pursue the jury trial. you have the government who may have a voice and may have a say on whether it's a jury trial or whether it's a trial of the bench. >> his attorney is not commenting either way. legal experts are saying this case could set precedence because it may be one of the first times the feds have taken on the head of a law enforcement agency. if convicted key be facing six months in jail. we will stay on top of everything with this. a new decision coming from the phoenix city council. they passed a plan to expand a south concourse at terminal 4 and the sky train. this would happen over the next four years and cost $950 million. it would only be paid for through airport funding sources.

we blindfolded dale and told him to find the chicken with no antibiotics. the thing is, by federal law, all chickens must be clear of antibiotics before they leave the farm. s it going, dale? workin' on it! some chicken companies try to get you to spend more money by using labels like "raised without antibiotics." at sanderson farms, we don't believe in gimmicks like that. well, how'd i do? no antibiotics to worry about here. hmmm...that was easy.
