a pair of shootings rocking the valley communities. two men shot while riding in their car. one man shot inside his own home. in both cases the shooters are on the loose. we begin with breaking news. the fbi telling congress it is in emails that may contain classified information have emerged in july the fbi said its investigation into clinton was finished. this it raises the possibility of reopening the criminal investigation against clinton. all of this happening 11 days before the election. >> in a letter sent to congress james comey says new emails have come to light prompting investigators to take another look. it is unclear from companies

down because of those high temperatures. this morning we potentially set a record. the low only dropping to 76 degrees. if we don't drop low that before midnight, which i don't think we will, that will go down as a new record for a warm low temperature. that is the latest we have ever seen that temperature not fall below 75 this late in the year. record-breaking and the heat is sticking around for severa more days. the clouds are also sticking around going through today. they will be moving in and keeping temperatures warm overnight. that plus the fact that we hit 100 yesterday the clouds are sticking around. not much rain in the phoenix area. at most maybe a sprinkle under some thick clouds to the east. i do think we will stay dry up to the northwest a slight chance of showers going into this afternoon and the

approaching from the west. the valley won't see enough moisture for any good rain chances today. over the weekend also staying dry across the phoenix area. some passing clouds but don't plan on any rain chances for the phoenix area through sunday. temperatures will gradually trended down over the next few days. we will get a series of storm systems by next week. that will drop our temperatures even further. they will keep the rain chances in place for the high country ov the forecast for today is 86 now. warming to 88 at lunchtime. today 94 as the hybrid no triple digits. it doesn't look like we will break a record. the record stands at 97. still warm. the most accurate forecast for other valley cities, low to mid- 90s across the valley. clouds sticking around through tonight.
