by. reporting live, joe bartels. >> from the live desk now. two people in the hospital at this hour. following this freight train collision. this is in pennsylvania. happened this morning around 8:30 in the morning. tonight investigators are really diving deep trying to find out why these two trains were on the very same track to begin with. the shocking details discovered on snap chat after five people died in vo: 13 year-old sabrina told a school counselor she was raped by her uncle. her counselor called sheriff joe arpaio's office. but arpaio failed to protect her. for three more years, sabrina's uncle continued to rape her - and arpaio did nothing. rapes, assaults, even child molestation, remain uninvestigated, while arpaio focuses on his personal agenda.

in this video you can see right here at the bottom. offering clues about what happened after the crash. the driver posted this on snap chat showing he was driving up to 140 miles per hour. nine minutes later, he and his girlfriend crash into a car carrying a mother and her four children. all five died. a witness describes what he saw. >> it was going so fast that it hopped the median and flew over my car and hit the me, directly behind me. like i escaped. it's just traumatic. >> reporter: troopers say they don't believe this driver was street racing. a packag thief caught on camera. it went viral on social media and the crooks own mother saw it. recognizing her son and then making him return the package

just a slight chance across northern california as i mentioned. that will continue saturday, sunday, monday and even tuesday it looks like at this point. tonight down to 68 degrees in kingman. 70s out near bull head city. 61 in winslow. high temperatures tomorrow near 71 in show low. 79 in sedona. kingman is going the hit the low 80s. casa grande in the low 30s. we're tracking low in our forecast too. the only exception is cape creek in the 80s. no patter where you look, we're talking about 11 degrees above average as we max out around 94 tomorrow. a milder start to the day. a cooler start to the day. it'll be mild temperatures but not quite as warm as we saw early this morning with that record breaking 76 for our low. tomorrow's low right around 69 degrees. sunday morning too with just a
