is getting to know her department. >> thanks so much jason. in chandler, two people now behind bars in an early morning shooting. cops picked up ronny olv era. police say they shot a 44-year- old man near alma street and pecos. we now know the name of the motorcyclists killed in a highway crash in phoenix but the big rig involved is still nowhere to be found. collison spun out and then crashed. that's when the crash rolled over the 27-year-old. that caused a traffic mess last night at 43rd and avenue grand. cops still looking for the driver of that truck. >> dash cam video released. we've been following this story throughout the week. officer checked marco de la torre when he pulled out a gun and shot at them. one officer was grazed in the head. they returned fire hitting him. he's still in the hospital and

jail. also a hawk shot in the head and left for dead. this is the third time a hawk has been killed within the last two months. arizona game and fish trying to find who's responsibility. in fact, officials are offering a $250 reward with information leading to an arrest. two other hawks were found dead last month. killing the type of bird can lead to a $750 fine and even some jail time. it's controversial group suing for disability lawsuits. now they're backing off and they're blaming abc15 investigator. >> a person with disabilities never actually visited the places they sued and it turns out the person they wanted to send to reinspect the businesses is a felon, fresh

just watch. in a public high profile involving the attorney general and making a lot of headlines aid filed this, it says jason is an amputee and danny his caretaker regularly driving him around in a vehicle that uses van accessible parking plates. but these are danny's charges. danny just got out of prison june. did aid know about his background before? it's because biscobine is now harassing jason and danny. >> would you guys like to leave. >> we found some of aid's offices had some of the same parking issues as the businesses they were suing. >> your story is garbage news. >> here's the truth about the

a social media app revealing a car crash. the video was posted on snap chat. the video shows how fast the car was going. it jumps to $150 miles per hour. shortly after that the -- 150 miles per hour. five people were killed in this crash including two children. >> it could have been avoided. it was a hard i got about 10 feet close to it and i couldn't deal with it no more. i turned my head and walked away. >> neighbors say a lot of street racing happens in that area but it's unclear if this driver was racing or just driving way too fast. >> donating to a charity, boy that makes you feel good. it's an easy way to do the right thing. sorry but tonight, i'm about to take some of the easy right out of it and make you do some work first. jim writes about the requests

through. the clouds pushing through. temperatures are going to stay pretty warm but we did drop several degrees from where we ended up yesterday with that triple digit day yesterday. let's zoom in and take a closer look at some of the showers along i10 right now. right near wintersburg. that's where we're picking up on a little bit of rain. a little bit of white rain a long the 60. farther to the north shower and thunderstorms activity rolling approaching camp verde now as a little rain showers further north than that. between belmont and williams at this hour. we keep a slight chance for a few more showers going into the weekend and the high count treu as well. the valley does look to stay dry on saturday and sunday. it's what kept our temperatures so warm overnight. we had a record breaking morning. only 76 for the low. it was the record we've seen low temperatures at or below 75

lows in the 60s. right now we're sitting in the 80s across the valley. tomorrow 94 degrees. we're going to take a look at the changes come coming in as we head toward halloween in just a few minutes. it's a friday after work and we have traffic out there but also a developing situation. several lanes are blocked on i10 westbound right near ray. and this is due to a crash involving several cars out there. only the hov lane is open.

a bizarre doctors officer break-in. the suspects didn't take anything, instead they performed a medical procedure. based on believe the procedure was on someone's ear. >> you would certainly be concerned about the person the procedure was performed on. was there sterile instruments used. was it performed properly. >> police are still trying to find out whoever did this. they're looking at serious charges. now to a procedure that will be performed legally and there's hope that great results will come with it.

that we're watching passes to our north there's going to be a chance for the far reaching portions of our state. another system is going to be move into california by the week end and will be moving toward us by next week. we'll keep the chance at 10% for northern arizona for the next few days. much more sunshine in your forecast for tomorrow. right now we're at 89-degree. winds at 10 miles per hour. winds for us generally stay less than 10 throughout the next several days here. currently, cape creek and anthem already down into the 70s. the rest of the valley right around the mid- to upper 80s at this hour. and farther to the north at 72 in sedona. 55 in flagstaff and 61 in show low. here's what you can expect tonight. our coldest spots down into the low 40s. 43 is the high.
