at one point a flood advisory along the indiana border. again the rain delay in cleveland and the rain in chicago, nothing stopping the fans from coming out tonight. as we look at the radar in the valley a few showers of our own with rain chances increasing into tomorrow. a few isolated blips right now across the valley. a few light showers and that action we were showing you earlier near buckeye is heading to the west. we have lots to track higher terrain and across southeast arizona. as moisture continues to get pulled in we are going to increase these chances for showers and thunderstorms. our area of low pressure sitting over the state right now. wrapping that moisture back up around it. much of the storm movement for us here the the valley is going to happen from the east to the west. keep that in mind as we head into tomorrow. future cast loops that moisture back around and gives us a chance for showers and

well. some of the other forecast models that we use are showing that possible for your -- possibility for that morning domestic dispute. a 30% -- for that morning commute. a 30% chance through the morning. low 80s in the afternoon forecast. going into the afternoon is when we could see some thunderstorms in the mix as well. a 30% chance through the afternoon and early evening then the schanss taper off -- chances taper off tomorrow night. future cast rainfall. some valley spots could see up to a quarter of an in. some may get nothing at all. but that possibility is there for up to a quarter inch of rain. in the higher terrain to the north and east we may see spots picking up well over an inch in two days. also breezy across the state for tomorrow. a little bit windy in some spots. we'll pick up the breezes in the valley. winds are out of the south at

>> reporter: oh, yeah. about 108 years of stress, frustration being relieved in one night, probably a few nights i would think. once that game ended and it was stressful, just as you mentioned. it was basically a sigh of relief. there were some tears and then, of course, a roar of cheers. and that's pretty much what we've been seeing ever since. people partying, waiving flags. i just got sprayed with something, i don't know what that was. the fun continues. people are taking picturing out in front of marquee. taking pictures in front of the statues. it's just a big party and i expect it to roll well into the morning hours. >> oh, ryan, i wish i was were you are. it sounds like a lot of fun. at one point the cubs might have felt like they had it in the bag? >> reporter: 5-1 at one point. i was at murphy's bleachers. it's right behind center field at wrigley field. people were cheering. they were singing. they were dancing.

then all of a sudden the hit party started with the indians. then you saw the eighth inning, the two-run home run by raja davis and things got very, very, very quiet. you throw in that 10th inning rain delay in there and people's nerves were shot. i have a feeling some people are going to go straight to the doctor tomorrow morning because their blood pressure was all over the place. it was an incredibly tense moment and the two runs on the top of the 10th. they were able to finish things off. that's the explosion of joy happened. just an incredible ride for about, what, four hours there. very, very intense.

when joe buck announces that the cubs are world series champions. describe some of the emotions that you saw on display, just i think we're seeing some of it right now. describe that moment being there in wrigleyville. >> reporter: yeah. first of all, the point leading up to that moment we saw a lot of people with their hands folded, their hands covering their face. you know, they had this feeling that steve was lurking in the corner, 2003. five outs to go, cubs getting close to winning the world series, then things unravelled. lot of people flash back to 1984. the bottom fell out that time. the people here knew it wasn't over until it was over. so when it was finally over, just an absolute relief. just a burst of cheers. interestingly enough, the televised broadcast we were watching was on a slight delay. people were listening to the radio outside far away. we heard them burst out into cheers first and then we saw the play play out. it was pretty incredible. almost like an echo effect through the streets of wrigleyville. >> bill murray at the center of
