abc15 breaking news. >> we are starting with breaking news on this saturday morning. tempe police are issuing an amber alert for these two kids easier. it is 8-year-old jazmyn campbell and for your old chandra campbell. >> we're told 39-year-ol fuller kidnap them. he is driving a 2006 black chrysler sebring. it has light blue and the driver's side headlight is broken. the back passenger side window is also broken with a black towel covering it. fuller is the father of one of these girls. >> he may be armed. the kids are considered to be

if you spot them, please call police right away. this morning in the phoenix police on the scene of the shooting investigation that happened one hour ago near 19th avenue and i-17. abc15's maryellen resendez is join us -- is joining us. maryellen, what are you seeing ? >> reporter: right now the have closed the 15th avenue 18th avenue. this is west of downtown phoenix. according to police, the neighbors heard gunshots. when one of them walked out of their home, they actually found a person in the street with gunshot wounds. we are told he is in critical condition and was rushed to the hospital and is currently in surgery. police are not exactly sure what happened here. we could see that there are
