5 and 15 miles an hour. up to our north a different story. we're seeing those sustained winds between about 15 and 20 miles an hour in most spots. cholo as that cold front inches closer you're seeing the strongest winds right now with gusts as high as 40 miles an hour. gusts to the west you'll notice between about 25 and 40 miles an hour. again, not as strong in the valley and i don't expect strong breezes in the valley. and those winds will even start to drop down and lighten up across northern arizona as the day goes on. so for the valley plan on winds between about 5 and 15 miles an hour. across northern arizona those winds coming out of the northwest at times gusting to 20 to 20 miles an hour by this afternoon. so if you look at your most accurate forecast that drier air sets in and today's high temperature sdroping below average in the low 70s that's it. so we're sitting right at 62
