look at the van. that is where maryellen resendez is. >> breaks our hearts to hear that kids are involved. >> there are about four children that were seriously injured in this. >> reporter: this is where the van ended up after the stent. look at the video shop -- video shot. and the passenger side of the van. now phoenix fire not telling us how the accident happened. and it is all still un investigation and we do know five people in the van were injured including one adult and four children, they were rushed to the hospital in very serious condition. we have not heard whether or not they were belted in, but you can see how the van door was removed there. we are waiting to get more details and the condition of the four children.

buckeye. maryellen resendez. on i-10 near 35th avenue, there was a crash. a car crashed into the median cable there. one person was taken to the hospital. we are told they suffered nonlive threatening injuries. and -- nonlife-threatening injuries. it may have been a hit and run. we are learning more about an officer-solve involved -- officer-involved shooting. >> the man charged at they were called out by the man's family. he said -- they said he was trying to hurt himself. but 49-year-old tbaib yell parker came out with the machete. >> they tried bean bags and taser. nothing work the and three officers opened fire. the man later died at the hospital. >> it is hurtful. i don't know how i am going to recover from this. >> tip to pose that threat and charge them what caused them to

said he suffered from mental illness. following protocol here, the three officers are on administrative leave this morning. dps has taken over the investigation. >> police officers never know what they are going to encounter, that was the case in peoria. a phoenix officer recovering after we are told the guy accused of trespassing tried to bite him during an arrest. this is his mugshot there. food. >> more scrutinized than ever and cameras everywhere including on cellphones. well the fallout from flagstaff is growing. by now, you have seen the punch and the woman taking the hit is now saying she wants that officer fired. >> he deserves it. anybody else in any workforce would be fired if they were to
