♪ police need your help in solvin a brazen home invasion in clinton hill where two gunmen broke in wearing police jackets. >> the victims were stunned. it happened 11:30 last night at 131 single parkway. theresa garcia ishere and joins us now. police are looking for three suspects, theresa. >> that'right, cheryl. investigators say three suects were involved, all in their wentties two did go enside the home, the third waiting in a getawa car. they believe this was a targeted home invasion although residents

tell me th have no targets. >> g on the ground! >> get the "f" on the ground and a big bang. i immediately just wento my door and locked the door and i started jumpinout of the window. >> she and her boyfriend jumped out of a first-floor window of their pleasant hill apartment when they heard the chaos from their bedroom last night. it was a home invasion. >> two suspects entered the apartment from an unsecured sliding glass door and identified themselves as police and had a couple police insignia on the shirt or something similar to that and told everybody to get on the ground. >> the two police impersonators entered the home around 11:30 last night surising some of the resides playing video games in the living room. the suspects were carrying what looked to be real handguns and a taser. >> they had a handgun with a glued on lase actually broke off when they hit somebody with it. >> we believthe suspects were familiar with one of the victims and also the layout of th apartment. one of the victims was struck in

the head with a gun. and i think the was a laceration and a chipped toh from the assault. >> no one else was hurt but the suspec rummaged through the apartment and stole electrocs. they called for help but as police arrived the two suspects ran off and drove away with a third person. the getaway car is described as a brown late model s.u.v., possibly a chevy with plates 4 te 960 or 4 tez 690. >> i hopes they find tm quick. >> the suspect used the taser on two of the residents. they believe it was an older model one that just zapped, didn't actually shoot out the prongs and luckily the residents did not need medical care. anyone with information e urged to cal pleasant hill police. theresa garcia, abc 7 news. >> theresa, thanks a lot. san francisco police an federal authorities are vestigating an

attempted robbery on the wrong person. an irs agent while she was on duty. that agent ultimately sho and wounded one of the suspects. it happened around midnight on marlin court in the bayview district. robbers approached the irs agent. she opened fire and hit one in the torso. he's expected to be okay. a second person has not been arrested. >> this morning supporter of california same sex marriage ban have formally appealed a federal judge's ruling striking down proposition 8. yesterday judge vaughan walker ruled the voter-approved law violates federal equal protections. he's also expected to rule as early as tomorrow whher to lift a temporary stay which prohibits same sex couples from going ahead and getting married. supporters passed castro street in san francisco celebrating the judge's historic ruling. the arguments will outline what

a deadly school bus crash in missouri this morning. two people were killed and dozens injud when two buses carrying high scho band members an 18 wheeler crashed on interstate 44 west of st. louis.

and we have a live picture of the devastating scene right now. you can see the school bus is just about to be towed away, still sitti on top of that big rig honor the 18-wheeler. authorities can't say whether the victs were riders on the bus. they are sorting out how the accident happened. they know one buhit the big rig an the second bus smashed into the rear of the first bus. most of th injured appear in good condition. the students were headed to an amusement park. >> british supermodel naomi campbell took on a new role as a witness testifyi in a war crimes trial. she s reluctant to appear. ruler charles taylor is on trial. >> arriving at the court fashioly late, naomi campbell made her appearance as a prosecution witness in the trial of former liberian leader charles taylor who stands accused of human rights abuses and head of state to stand trial

that will lead to record cold temperatures. cloudy, misty, drizz developing tonight. it will remain cooler than average all through the weekend. 58 in san francisco. that's cooler than yesterday. oakland and santa rosa 2 degrees cooler. 63 is a record cold high temperature. that's one of the records we can set today. san jose 3 degrees cold colder than yesterday. the reason why, this bowl of cooler air coming from canada and the factit coming off the 50 degree ocean water and going to continue coming off there. so it's got a long trip along this cold water. as it does that it gathers moisture. that's why the marine layer is so deep and why we're seeing these unusually cool temperatures. 10 degrees cooler than average in most areas with low to mid-70s in the south bay. mid-50s along the coast. downtown and south san francisco, 61 sausalito. low to mid-70s the north bay valleys. a wealth of 60s on the east bay shore and over into the east bay
