some are seeing sunshine but others, not so much. >> back to the same old, same old. it's interesting as we head into fall. we're expecting the offshore flow -- we had it and it's gone. it may come back but look at that. we have a lot of cloud cover in the form of a marine layer that has not lifted ye in san francio. we are loong at sunshine in the east bay but a stronger onshore pu will keep the clouds around the bay. take a look. we'll get some sun later on but it will be in the 60s on the cool sid right now, temperatures in the upper 60s in our valleys. that is where saw the sun early this morning. still cool in san frcisco, 63 in menlo park, 61 in napa so we are looking at temperatures cooler, pretty much evywhere. 8 degrees cooler in fremont. 7 degrees cooler in san jose.

tomorrow the weekend it is the tornado because we are lookg at couple systems bringing a stronger sea breeze helping to stay in place for tomorrow and sunday where temperatures continue to drop. then it will be seasonable next week. right now. it shows the clouds are beginning to retreat om the east bay, the south bay, pal alto scouring out the clouds. clouds in the north bay and na so today, cooler than average, oakland and san francisco on th order of 4-9 degrees. santa rosa where you shld be. just about everything today including a chance of showers and thunderstorms, southern california, the cloud deck will travel to the north. san benito, monterey counties you could see thunderstorms in the higher elevation but it's this weather system that brings the cooler air f the weekend.
