fell out of his pocket during the lunch period. the child and two of his classmates were injured. school officials say they were hurt by fragments after one bullet fired. one of the injuries ra appears to be serious. investigators are trying to figure out how the young child got the weapon. >> a little more than an hour from now, president obama is holding a discussion on immigration reform at the white house. former governor swarzenegger is taking part. she part of a business and religious leaders, public officials and law enforcement. the white house says they will look at the importance of fixing the nation's broken immigration system to meet the current economic and security needs. >> caltrain now has a plan to keep all the trains rolling just two weeks after commuter rail lines forecast severe cuts. they need money to maintain the commuter rail system's current schedule for another year.

transit agency was proposing cutting ten trains, slowing the baby bullet and closing three sthiagsz to cut its budget but caltrain the new money can be set aside to keep all the trains running. i definitely was worri. it's good news. taking caltrain is much better than driving. >> the caltrain board is set to vote on thursday. pg&e announced this morning it will begin a series of pressure tests on pipelines in mountain view and antioch next month. this marks the latest step that they are ensuring the safety of their system follow september's deadly explosion in san bruno. they plan to pressure test or replace about 150 miles of

in this kitchen. we caught up with them this morning as they were getting ready and americor volunteer was talking to kids about nutrition, there was a disconnect with what she was saying and what they learn at home. so she decided to start a cooking class for their parents. about 12 parents signed up and everyone agrees it's been an eye-opening experience. >> last week we made a salad and 70% of the participants had not tried it and how they liked things. some like kale on the side, some like it sauteed and raw. >> i forgot what they are called. when i saw it was a salad that was made. it was so good. when i first saw it, i it wasn't going to eat that but it was a healthy dish and it was really good.

san francisco drivers will soon able to pay for city parking by phone. the parking program was unveiled last year will start distributing realtime information collected by sensors where parking is available and they will be able to pay by phone in all city meters. it will send a text message to drivers telling them when the meter will be run out. there will be 45 cent
