where i'm stand can. about 7:30 this morning, they had an argument. one the asian man had a gun and he used it. take a look at the investigation, about 90 minutes ago. the gunman fired one shot. it did not hit the intended victim. it hit a bystander in his ear. police right now are looking for a motive. >> the task force is on the scene and investigating it. they are looking for videos in the area and also a vehicle that fled the area what they believe may have some of the suspect in it. >> they also want to know in the shooting is connected to the fight at the exact same location at about 3:00 this morning. no shots fired but police were called to find a lot of people been fighting with nothing to say to police.

the ignition. it was found later that day abandoned in sls and the mother and newborn were reunited. police say they have surveillance video showing the suspect and companion using a credit card they found in the car. they say they are driving a dark blue toyota camry four-door. license plate -- you see it there. the rear windows are covered possibly with black duct tape. anybody that sees the car is asked to call police. >> a passenger will be in court facing criminal charges after he would not pull up his pants. 20-year-old deshon marman was dressed in the saggy pants that very popular right now. he later resisted being handcuffed. >> during the struggle, the officer was injured.
