others say they are ready to move on. they don't want to be reminded. live in san bruno, amy holyfield. today the coroner working to find out how nursing student michelle le died. the coroner confirmed the human remains found in the hills saturday morning are that of the young woman. le disappeared may 27th, from the kaiser permanente medical center. her family released this statement after the body was identified: we ask for privacy and respect during this difficult time as we are grieving and preparing a memorial for her. a proper good-bye. investigators believe le was killed by a romantic rival. giselle esteban is charged, due back in court next week. >> the u.s. military's don't ask/don't tell is now over. the repeal took effect 12:01 this morning.

humanitarian gesture, soon. last week he made a similar promise. fattal and bauer have spent more than two years in an iranian prison. today was supposed to be the day they got a judge's signature on a bail deal to free them, but the judge didn't show up. he has been on vacation. the attorney for the hikers will be back in court tomorrow to try again. fattal and bauer were arrested in july of 2009 along the iran/ iraq border and later convicted of spying. president obama telling the people of libya the world will stand with them as they reshape their country following the fall of muammar gadhafi. the president met with rebel leaders today at the united nations ahead of i had speech. mr. obama heralded the bravery of the libyan people who stood up to gadhafi to put an end to his repressive regime. >> the president: it was libyans from countries around the world, including my own, who rushed home to help, even though they too risked

california has added 17,000 jobs. the bay area has added nearly 25,000. there will be a special high-tech section of the fair at the south san francisco convention center. companies are looking for engineers and researchers. other companies are looking for other workers including clerical and security people.ppr the joy and the benefit of coming to this kind of event is the fact that often times you can find out about jobs at other companies. so it pays to network. >> they were looking for salespeople but they didn't have customer service jobs. they had a friend that had 35 customer service jobs. they asked the applicants who came to their booths that were looking for customer service, would they mind if they their resume to their friend's company? the job seekers were ecstatic. >> reporter: new economic study out today by ucla's anderson school, indicates california's jobless rate is expected to stay at 12% through all of next year.

giving birth 35,000 feet up on a flight from the philippines to san francisco. terry? >> reporter: what a story they will have to tell for their entire lives. here is this woman on her first flight to the united states. very pregnant. hundreds of miles out to sea, seven miles straight up. all of a sudden, here comes baby. she and her son kevin are fine now. the child arrived in the usual way not on the due date of september 28th. certainly not in the usual place. hundreds of miles out to sea, several miles out over the ocean, labor began. >> i feel like it is so painful. >> reporter: a flight attendant helped her to a private area in the upper deck. a call went out for nurses. three responded. they started by offering aida advice. >> if you can do it, don't
