headquarters on mission street this is where they are on their way to. right now the group has may it to market street. their first stop was going to be at the federal reserve building. they will be hitting other banks, wells fargo and the bank of america and goldman sachs. they are going to perform a prayer or ritual at each location and march to the next one. video shot, they created a bowl to illustrate the bible verse about not worshipping false idols looking like the bull on wall street. it will be carried by men in suits to look like businessmen. the clergy represent a range of religious -- religions and communities from protestant, muslim, vacaville to santa rosa. 170 clergy members were confirmed today. it looks like they had a great turnout. the sf protesters say they were happy to see them.

headquarters. religious leaders say they just want to push peace and justice. they are hoping to change people's perspective of these protesters. they don't want them seen as a fringe group of anarchists. they want people to know theyy y they are lending their voice to this march and wearing traditional religious outfits on purpose to help lend them some credibility. after they hit the locations they will be back to justin herman plaza. live in san francisco, amy hollyfield, abc7 news. in san jose, one protester taking a very big risk on top of a wall outside san jose city hall. he has been there almost eight hours climbing up there early in the morning in the dark. police cannot get to him. on the ground police did arrest several occupy protesters during the night. katie marzullo joins us from

the scene. the demonstrators are back. are police going after that guy on wall? >> reporter: hi. easy answer to that, no, they are not going to go after him. occupy san jose has been a small group just a handful gathered now. as of early this morning, the protest is on a new level. that is sean sitting or standing on that wall about three stories up. he dodged being arrested last night with four others who were taken away for camping. sean says he's not going to come down until his group is allowed to stay here day and night with the help of a temporary permit. his name is sean o'kelly. as of early this morning he's looking down on fellow occupy san jose protesters from a 60 foot high perch. >> we are standing on top of a mountain now if that snowball stars to roll it going to become an avalanche. >> reporter: she tell us sean

leland yee's campaign released video that appears to show lucie porters -- to show lee supporters helping people vote stencils placed over voters other than lee. they asked for observers to be brought in next machine. a spokesperson for ed lee says the -- people in the video don't represent lee's campaign and says they say his campaign has call for them to stop. oakland mayor quan has changed her mind and supporting a crime fighting measure she has opposed. quan's aides say she is now in favor of some sort of curfew details have to be worked out. the city administrator says he is working with staff to create a plan that would work with existing resources. the city council president says that change of heart is

new to him. he supports the curfew but quan blocked passage a few week ago. outgoing police chief batts also supported that curfew. wednesday oakland school board district is expected to decide whether to close five elementary schools to save money. the district operates 100 schools now has 5,000 fewer students and 62 million dollars less in its fund than it did three years ago. the tribune says the closure list includes lake view elementary, lazear, marshal, maxwell park, sante fe in north oakland. president obama is expected to land in las vegas within the hour to announce new steps to make it easier for homeowners to refinance their mortgages. the new program will -- will apply to homeowners who are current on their payments.
