on charges three weeks ago. mirkarimi is accused of bruising his wife's arm during a new year's eve argument. he has pleaded not guilty. his trial is set to begin february 24th. in los angeles school officials say a second teacher has been pulled from the elementary school where third grade teacher mark berndt is charged with>ú0÷z molesting 23 students and posing in pictures with he some of them. he's being held on 23 million dollar bail. the school superintendent says another teacher has been blocked from any contact with after someone made accusations against him. he said the district has seen an increase in the number of complaints of teacher molestation since news of berndt's arrest broke. meantime, a u.s. district court judge ordered a fresno teacher held without bail on 45 charges of molesting his second grade student. the 43-year-old teaches in the

soccer match. three have been kill. 1500 injured in the clashes with authorities since the game. also, in egypt kidnappers freed two female american tourists and their egyptian guide. they were taken at gunpoint in the sinai peninsula the three were released after negotiations with the kidnappers everyone the americans and guide were 2009 from a minivan returning from the monastery. the fda says contaminated original juice from brazil is not dangerous and won't be pulled from the market. the screws containses traces of -- the juice contains traces of an illegal fungicide. the government insists the juice is safe and pulling it from the market would cause more problems. critics say the contamination shows how vulnerable the system is. >> for in orange juice, we are really lucky. the real concern is that the next hazard that is going to
