off as marchers go down the street. this was not an ad lib rally it was organized with the blessings of the berkeley police department escorting these marchers. when they get to pacific steel they will be there an hour protesting the immigration laws in this country and then they will be on their way, hoping they brought some attention to a problem they consider very serious. terry mcsweeney, abc7 news. in southern california federal officials say an immigration and custom as agent opened fire on his supervisor after he threatened disciplinary action against him. the confrontation happened yesterday in long beach. police say at agent shot and wounded his boss. then the gunman was killed by a third agent. the wounded agent is in stable condition. final preparations are underway for whitney houston's funeral tomorrow in her hometown of newark, new jersey. the service will be private.

there are new accusation as that google was spying on those using apple safari web browser. a graduate student released that report that accused the company of installing tracking software that bypassedswitched y settings of people using apple safari web browser. that meant google could track where the users went and what they did online. google says it has stopped but it appears that practice didn't stop until reporters began asking questions. we do want to track the weather.
