th right now they are still cleaning up. a half-hour later another pipe ruptured and 20 customers were out service. no word on what caused either rupture this morning. >> repairs are being made to caltrain cracks because of a crack in one of rails. it's slowing service in both directions. a spokesperson says it's a manufacturing defect along the southbound tracks.

all right. we have our amy hollyfield story. san francisco mayor ed lee has ordered the city attorney to suspend the sheriff after he refused to resign. after the sheriff pleaded guilty in connection with a domestic violence case. >> reporter: let's try this again. right now the city attorney's office is coming up with list of charges working on the paperwork they want to serve with ross mirkarimi. they are going to have to find him. he is not here at city hall. once they serve him he is then suspended. it would be easier if mirkarimi would resign but he has said he is not going to do that. he did plead guilty to a domestic violence related
