closed captioning by closed captioning services,inc good morning i'm eric thomas in for kristen sze. and i'm cheryl jennings. divers begin another search for sierra lamar today. she disappeared more than a month ago. >> reporter: the search is going on as yesterday we learned that the investigators have new leads in the search for 15-year-old sierra lamar. this we are told, today's search of these waterways was planned before yesterday's announcement about those new leads. you can see the boat similar to the ones in the water now. there are divers at anumber of area waterways. take a look at what is going on in the water here. you are going to see boats,

you may be seeing divers, they are looking yet again we are one mile maybe not even that far from where sierra lamar lives the home she left march 16th, never did make it to that bus stop. divers have searched these waterways before. this time they are back doing a more thorough job with special scanning equipment. a spokesman for the sheriff's office says that yesterday's leads are encouraging, but much moree$.v needs to be done. >> although they are not specifying which items lead to these new leads it has lead to additional leads for them to follow up on. >> reporter: investigators aren't saying where exactly these new leads came from. they do say they are from some evidence obtained during the search. they are not saying it was the phone that was found or her purse that was found in the two days following her disappearance or perhaps from that box labeled handcuffs

senate says at least 20 foreign women were involved if the incident in colombia, where 11 agents and a number of military members are now accused of soliciting sex from prostitutes. abc news has new details on the investigation. 11 secret service personnel reportedly went to a nightclub last wednesday looking for sex. a bouncer said the agents were bragging they worked for president obama. sources tell abc news a fight then broke out between agents and the prostitutes of the nightclub. the secret service personnel at the center of the investigation have lost their security clearances and the pentagon is investigating as many as 20 u.s. service members who may also be involved. this scandal the federal agency that spent more than $8 ,000 of taxpayers' money -- more than $800,000 of taxpayers money for a las vegas conference. >> reporter: $823,000, your

that's one theory. we really don't know. >> reporter: the 70 elephant seal pups are raising concerns they will take a toll on the center's resourcer that herring comes from the east coast and costs a dollar a pound the center usually goes through 40,000 pounds a year but will need more this year they also need medicine and volunteers. the elephant seal pups can be demanding. >> my family knows on tuesdays, i do not cook dinner and i go home, have a glass of wine and pretty much take a bath and go to bed.
