may have been an intentional act along the pacific coast on march 26th. two parents and three adopted children were found double digit and 3 more were missing and they most likely died as well. electronic information and a

lack of skid marks indicate it was intentional. the vehicle was traveling up to 90 miles an hour before this plunged and reports of abuse and neglect. they tried to visit the family three days before they wre found dead. >> a man managed to call 911 and guide officers to him after a wreck. the man was listening to jazz in a park when a large tree limb came crashing down. he had serious injuries, but should survive. the park is more than 300 acres and took us more than an hour to find the scene. park visitors say they will be more cautious walking around. >> we heard the trees smacking and very occasionally hearing things falling and stuff. >> the park department is investigating. the chp said they will investigate where a stephon clark protester s injured after being hit by a patrol car. it happened in a vigil with a

man shot and killed by police last month in his grandmother's back yard. the video showed a sheriff's department hitting the woman and pulling away. the sheriff's office said they broke a back window and started denting one of the vehicles. one protesters described what she saw. >> the first got through the crowd. the second decided he was in a hurry and hit onef the protesters who was on the curbside of the street. and then ran. >> the woman has been released from the hospital. the sheriff's office said they are also conducting an internal review of the incident. >> water officials are optimistic with the snow survey in the sierra. progress after march's wet weather. the snow back reached 41 inches, much better than earlier in the year, but only a third of normal. here in the bay area, more rain is coming, but you have a few days before it will get here. we have more about the forecast.
