man shot and killed by police last month in his grandmother's back yard. the video showed a sheriff's department hitting the woman and pulling away. the sheriff's office said they broke a back window and started denting one of the vehicles. one protesters described what she saw. >> the first got through the crowd. the second decided he was in a hurry and hit onef the protesters who was on the curbside of the street. and then ran. >> the woman has been released from the hospital. the sheriff's office said they are also conducting an internal review of the incident. >> water officials are optimistic with the snow survey in the sierra. progress after march's wet weather. the snow back reached 41 inches, much better than earlier in the year, but only a third of normal. here in the bay area, more rain is coming, but you have a few days before it will get here. we have more about the forecast.

it's total sunshine. by 4:00, cooler on the coast, but away from the coast, we are back into the 60s and 70s. mild inland and the high in antioch and concord are breezy. santa rosa and san mateo is hopping out in the mid 60s. our next chance of rain, we will fast forward into thursday. thursday night i think the best chance of finding rainfall will be in the north bay, however we get to friday and a weak way of energy moves in. friday everybody across the board has a chance of seeg showers developing in their neighborhood. across the state, we see rainfall. they kind oflingner the northern half towards southern california. the numbers drop off. if this trend is places to the
