we're getting a look at the two men who police believe were involved in a deadly shooting in south lake tahoe. police released these sketches. 40-year-old dennis wright junior was shot saturday night in the parking lot of the beverly lodge. police say wright and his girlfriend were trying to sell a hundred pounds of marijuana to these two men, who then robbed wright. he was shot several times. police believe the suspects drove off in a tan colored chrysler concorde like the one seen here. if you know anything... you're asked to call south lake tahoe police at 530-542-6100. ### the carson city sheriff's office is asking for your help to identify two burglars caught on camera. detectives say a man and woman stole large quantities of food and alcohol from the empire ranch golf course back on january 22nd at 1:30 in the morning. if you have any information, you're asked to call the sheriff's office at 887- 2013. ### a reno man faces up to 40 years in prison after he was found guilty of driving under the influence in a hit and run that left another man severly injured.

year-old daniel wilson smoked marijuana and drank alcohol before the crash last august. blood tests showed wilson had a blood alcohol level of .117 point one-one-seven. he also had five times the legal limit of marijuana in his system. he's expected to be sentenced next month. the iowa caucuses are over but, due to his strong showing, they've placed a target on marco rubio's back. with the next contest in new hampshire just days away, candidates are attacking rubio and scrambling to get their own message across. abc's marci gonzalez is in manchester with the latest. script: today- marco rubio- moving up in the polls? the latest - showing the florida senator now in 2nd place behind donald trump?

the company says they still plan to employ 6,5- hundred people at peak production. n-v energy could be getting some competition if a new political action committee gets their way. "nevadans for affordable, clean energy choices" have filed a petition, with the nevada secretary of state's office to change the state constitution and end the monopoly on electric services. the measure would also make it easier for other providers to come to the state--- and in theory--lower your electric bill. more than 55-thousand signatures are needed-- to get the measure on the ballot. ### a committee will be meeting tonight to consider options for raising the funds needed to deal with school repairs and overcrowding. the meeting starts at 6 p-m tonight and there will be time set aside for public comment... it will be in building a of the washoe county administration complex. right now athletes from all over the world are competing at the reno- sparks convention center. they're competing in the

this winter is taking a toll on our roads, resulting in more potholes than normal. but city crews say fixing them is a top priority. that's why they're encouraging drivers who see potholes to call "reno direct" -- that's a non-emergency call center-- and they'll have the pot hole repaired within 5 working days. officials say the asphalt on older roads is especially a concern because it's more likely to deteriorate. death is stabbing. they have arrested 18- year-old david eisenhauer for her murder... but have also charged keepers with helping dispose of a body. funeral services for nicole lovell will be held thursday afternoon in blacksburg. a criminal case against bill cosby in pennsylvania will go forward. a montgomery county judge denied cosby's motion to dismiss the case in court yesterday. he's now facing sexual assault charges brought by one of his many accusers, andrea constand. cosby's lawyers argued the current case should be dismissed because of a district attorney's promise not to prosecute him 10- years ago -- but that promise was never put on paper. prosecutors say there's new evidence to pursue criminal sexual assault charges against cosby. the zika virus outbreak has prompted new guidelines for blood donations. the american redcross is asking anyone who's been in any country with the zika infection, to put off blood donations for 28-days, due to the virus' rapid spread.

spread through mosquito infection, but in some cases it was spread through blood transfusion or sexual contact. officials with the american red cross say they are monitoring the spread closely. united and delta air lines say theyre allowing pilots and flight attendants who are pregnant or might become pregnant to opt-out of flights headed to areas where the zika virus is a concern. this permits them to switch routes with no repercussions. mcdonalds is facing a mc-lawsuit. a california man is suing the chain over what he says is fake cheese in the company's mozzarella sticks. chris howe is asking for his dollar-and-27 cents back, and is seeking damages for customers he says were misled. mcdonald's website describes the cheese sticks as being made with 100 percent real mozzarella. but the complaint claims that the fast food chain instead uses starch additives and other "filler" ingredients. mcdonald's has vowed to fight the allegations.

"... option number 1 which i typically tell patients is topical anti- fungi and they have to do that daily for a year.... the second option is oral medicine... the patient will take that daily for 3 months and you'll see changes 60% of the time. and one of the new treatments which is the most effective one is the laser treatment and that we see effective changes about 85-87% of the time." i'm holly firfer. as for prevention, don't go bare foot in public... try not to get professional pedicures... change your socks and shoes daily... and if your feet sweat a lot, you can use ani- fungal powder or spray.

it's the super bowl's golden anniversary. to celebrate the big 5-0 -- america's biggest game is set to make a whole lot of money. mary moloney breaks down the super budget of the super bowl. hard to believe. the super bowl is almost here. as an event -- forbes says the super bowl is the most valuable sports event in the world. for super bowl 50 -- the nfl is expected to make at least 620-million dollars. that's even more than last years fight between pacquiao and mayweather . if you want to go to the big game -- it's gonna cost you. seat-geek predicts this super bowl to be the

resale ticket sites. the lowest price on seat geek right now runs in the 35-hundred dollar range. but a listing on the 50- yard line costs as much as a new car -- 16 thousand 600 dollars. you're going to have to pay up when you look for hotels in the area -- that is if you can get a room. some places jacked up the prices six times the normal rate. companies wanting to cash in will also have to pay a pretty penny. a 30 second commercial during the game costs 5 million. that's a couple hundred thousand dollars more than last year. cbs -- the network carrying the game -- expects to make 350 million dollars -- just from ads alone. some of the big spenders -- anheuser- busch pepsi and coke. one group that won't get paid? coldplay. but don't cry for the super bowl half-time performer. it's still good for business. last year -- more than 118 million people watched the super bowl half-time show. in fact -- on average -- more people watched the performance than the game itself. so for last year's performer -- katy perry -- that free gig turned into a 12 minute

as you watch this game -- or just the commercials -- try not to think about the green. i'm mary moloney. a denver man spent six- thousand dollars online for tickets to this year's super bowl... but he said the deal was too good to be true. dave young reports. --reporter pkg-as follows-- "all right just got these tickets in the mail." this was supposed to be a happy ending for cody submeier. "searching for tickets never been to a superbowl before so it was all just about going to this game." he turned to craigslist after finding processing fees on other sites were hundreds of dollars a ticket. "i found this one seller who was selling two tickets three thousand dollars each which was a good deal but not unreasonable that it was an obvious scam or anything like that." wary of craigslist scams... he found out he could protect his money if he paid a fee and used "protected paypal." "reached out to him and said 'are you okay with paypal but it's going to be the protected paypal so you're not going to get your money if this is a scam and he said yea that's fine we'll do it that way." the two exchanged a series of text messages for days as cody waited for his tickets.

"but i honestly thought yeah the tickets are going to be real there's nobody that would go through these lengths knowing that the purchase is protected." "there's no tickets in here." "are you being serious?" "yeah." "i get the envelope there's no signature required it feels a little light to be carrying these tickets so i open it up and it's just blank paper inside." after the shock he went into action. "i went through it the right way so my money's protected i open a case with both paypal. the denver police department have been really helpful." so he decided to help out by talking to us. "there's a part of me that just being a denver native and a denver broncos fan wants to get the word out there so so that other people aren't scammed into this." dave young reporting. denver police have tracked the scammer to a man in kansas. they warn that scammers are stepping up their game and setting their sights on broncos fans who might be desperate to find tickets to the game

a robber learns a hardcore lesson from a war vet and a cop protects, serves... and babysits! here's jeremy roth --reporter pkg-as follows-- a would-be robber in florida learned very quickly that if you are planning to rob a store clerk... uh....make sure he isn't a seasoned military veteran. you can see the suspect holding the clerk at gunpoint and demanding money... but in an instant-- the clerk turns the tables and begins pummeling him and even disarms him.
