after an apparent case of road rage. police say she ran over her boyfriend... and another man... at a gas station. it's an update to a story we brought you as breaking news yesterday morning. yesterday morning. jenna keller is behind bars this morning.... on several other charges... including d-u-i. police said her boyfriend ....and 48-year-old robert krumlauf.... got into a fight thursday night ....near 11th avenue and hatcher. at one point.. they struggled over an airsoft gun... and that's when police say, keller got involved. say, keller got involved. says, ms. keller gets into the dr over the men as they fought...she was seen to put it in reverse...back off...get out and then begin assaulting mr. krumlauf as he was on the ground."." keller hurt her boyfriend. krumlauf died. police are still investigating. police are still investigating. a mesa police officer... accused of second-degree murder on the job... is speaking

time. mitch brailsford was fired... after shooting an unarmed man. but he says he's "very confident" he'll be exonerated. derek staahl has more on his derek staahl has more on his statements. "ok, clear this way." this is the view from mitch brailsford's body camera. he was one of six mesa police officers who stormed a motel in january... after callers reported a man with a rifle. "this is the mesa police. listen to my instructions!" daniel shaver eventually followed those instructions and got on his knees. but when he reached behind his back... brailsford opened fire. after being told twice not to do it very clearly or he would be shot and the individual nonethless does that... if you wait until you see the weapon, it's too late. in court, brailsford's attorney argued the shooting was justified... and they should be allowed to show more evidence of that... hoping to get the case thrown out before trial. i'm feeling very confident with my case. i'm just taking things day by day. this has been a very traumatizing and stressful event in my life. "it can't be as traumatizing for him as it is for me and my children who have to live with the fact everyday that our father and husband has been taken from us." daniel shaver's wife says
