a 160 sun devils out of their dorms after a flood on campus. >> live in tempe, jeff, how bad is the damage? >> reporter: we haven't actually seen inside the dorm ourselves. firefighters say on the fence wall where this started there were several inches of w that trickled down to the 1st floor. so there's probably quite a bit of damage but we're not sure how much at this point. the flood started on the 5th floor, the video here is on the 3rd floor. you can see the water made its way to the ground. a connector on a hot waterpipe broke, the fire alarm went off, students evacuated.

new surveillance video coming in from phoenix, whoa! after that concrete mixer truck just toppled over. that truck basically is what we're told, the weight inside the mixture suddenly shifted. that was responsible for the accident. here it is. one more time. no one was hurt. but look at tanker
