arizona seems to be leading the pack when it comes to cutting down on teen birth rates. they focused on women 15 through 19 in the urban counties. arizona saw a 57% decrease in birth rates between 2007 and 2015. our state was one of five nationwide that saw the biggest drop. teen birth rates in large urban area n fell 38%. you'll have to wait longer for skiing at the snowbowl. they did not open as planned. the overnight temperatures were much warmer than forecast for making snow. there is a 70% chance they will open tomorrow morning. >> you said this wasn't going to be as cold as everyone first thought.
