is this something you would only use at night or in your morning? >> this has spf. you can use it day or night. you can use it on your babies your kids, your husband, everyone in the family can use this particular brand. >> perfect. we love that. another brand that people may be familiar with from their babies would be burt's bees. but it's really not just for kids or babies. >> it is not. it's for everyone. we have it here because it's a remedy for cracked, really dry painful skin. which is simply annoying in the winter. like i said, that's the result of hot inside cold outside, our arms and legs have fewer oil glands. the rest of your body. the solution for that is milk. you can use two different ways a product like this that contains milk and honey so it's going to be a really great moisturizer on your skin. or we recommend you take a warm bath not hot, because hot water can be damaging to your skin and pour in two cups of milk. the milk is going to be moisturizing and has lactic acid. >> does it matter if it's skim milk, whole milk? >> 2% or whole is better for you, the more fat the better. >> i'm sorry i have to take a

fungus infection on your scalp. >> that sounds lovely. >> so for that you need more of a medicated shampoo. we like this one from garnier because it has the active ingredient zing pyrithoione. that's on the label here so you can make sure you're getting the right thing. this is something you have to use on a daily basis until the dandruff is gone. you can keep using it for as long as you want or just use it. >> it doesn't smell like medicine. no one will know you've got dandruff shampoo. molly nover-baker, great tips this morning. for more on these products logon to our website, earlyshow.cbsnews.com. and you want us to remember those complicated names to look for. chris over to you. >> erica, thank you. when winter's chill sets in nothing is better than a nice hot bowl of homemade soup.
