tried to help them >> the 17 year-old driver identified as david rosen had just driven through the intersection. witnesses say he was speeding and he is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter. vandals disrupted the holiday weekend in a quiet part of san francisco's sunset district. yesterday racial slurs were found spray-painted on several homes near 27th avenue and lincoln street. one of the homes is that a home to buddhist monks. but neighbors say vandalism is especially shop in an area known for its tolerance >> i think it is terrible and defacing people's property. i think it is cowardly. >> both of the property owners will be responsible for removing the graffiti within the next month or face fines from the city. anyone convicted of vandalism could serve up to three years in

jail and pay $50,000 fine. two men are due to be arraigned in connection with the shooting spree in tulsa oklahoma. police acted on a tip arresting a 19 year-old and a 32 year-old. it was just a couple of days after three people were killed and two others were wounded. all of the victims were black. police are looking into a facebook entry appeared to be posted by one of them days before the shootings mentioning his father's murder two years ago and uses a racial slur to describe a black man who killed him. investigators say it is too early to label this a crime >> we do have a case where someone was obviously involved in a hate crime. i think it is something we need to show the community. we may not have it here >> the other suspect in the shooting has been in glens roommate. >> oakland police say they were not able to respond to all of the calls for service that came

search for missing teenager sierra lamar this wednesday. that planned effort comes after alex smith, billy walker and some of the 49ers teammates joined the search efforts this past weekend. investigators included areas within a 20 mi. radius of her home. it has been more than three weeks since the 15 year-old disappeared on her way to school. >> north korea is a few days away from a controversial rocket launch. some of the members of the international media were allowed to see last minute preparations. north korea announced last month it would launch a rocket carrying a satellite between april 12th and 16th. the united states, japan and south korea are concerned it is a cover for a long-range ballistic missile. it appears to be back to square one to stop bloodshed in syria

it will be a wet workweek for us after today. tuesday we have a system rolling in, showers sticking around through wednesday and then in another low pressure system heads are way but then dry out for the weekend. >> not a bad ride and all this morning. accident free, not a lot going on. all c'mon past also problem free. a little bit of yellow on the eastbound side but not a lot going on. we did have an early morning accident but they cleared that out of the roadway so things should be looking pretty nice. northbound to 880, no delays. southbound looking pretty good
