and carell hall road, just south of tracy. the chp tell cbs 58 belongs to a 63 year old man last seen on thursday leaving his job in center is a to go home to tracy. the c h p confirms to cbs 5 that is his car and he did not survive the crash. his body was still in the car when crews found that. his family says he was a diabetic and required medication twice a day no word on what may have caused the crash. they are out but not down following a deadline from cal occupy protesters broke down their camp this morning they have been living on a tract of farmland but anne mackovic shows us the farmers say they're not going anywhere. every person is engaged on an act of moral is disobedience that moved out there camping gear but not given up the farm.
