police have not announced any details. today, actor sylvester stallone is mourning the death of his oldest son. yesterday relatives found 36 year-old sage stallone unresponsive in his l.a. home. the official cause of death will likely take several weeks but there were no signs of foul play or suicide. stallone appeared with his father in films. some much needed help this morning for crews battling a major wild fire in placerville county. the robbers fire has been burning since wednesday afternoon in a heavily wooded area between forest hill and colfax. crews worked to cut firebricks as the planes can spreading through the foothills. it has consumed more than 1,400 a. and 1600 firefighters are battling the fire but it is only 20 percent contained.

only in the mid-70s in the inland areas. a big time cool down. just give you a little indication of that, look where we were on thursday. it was 99 in concord, but because of the low clouds we drop up to 25 degrees friday. the reason i tell you that, we will have a slight recovery today. this morning, a blanket of clouds with temperatures into the fifties and later this afternoon we will stay in the fifties but we will see some sunshine at the coast where we had nine on friday. we will see '70s and '80s in the interior sections of the valleys. tropical moisture keeps lifting up in a northerly direction out of southern california but low pressure is trying to make that activity moved to the east. we will see some stratus clouds

jennifer lombardi of with the summit eating disorders program is joining us. two big topics, major progress made with seventeen magazine when it comes to body image. >> there was a young 14 year-old girl who petitioned and got 85,000 signatures in four days asking seventeen magazine to come clean and admit how they were doing photoshop to alter spreads in their magazine. >> 17 said that they were not necessarily taking pounds out, they were just taking off and brought straps >> and blemishes and those kind of things but i have to applaud this young woman because i think it says a lot. there has been research done and some of them are showing symptoms of depression, feeling like they are unhappy with their bodies. >> now they're going after more magazines

>> she is approaching 19 bogey and she's getting momentum to petition them as well. >> you think some of these magazines will lose their luster? >> i think it is one of those things where we have all grown accustomed so if they make some ships, people might notice it a bit but i think it is like anything else, the more they do it the more we become used to it and as a parent, present realistic images >> there is a pledge online, a peace treaty >> 17 has eight points that are basically stating it they will come clean and not alter photographs >> some of the things promised are not letting an extra scoop of ice cream running your next day >> right, i think with these magazines is the most important thing they can do is be up front so young and impressionable

women understand that what they're looking at is not necessarily the most realistic image to try to live up to. >> middle-age women are also having issues with eating disorders. tell us about this epidemic. >> there was an interesting online study done by cnn when they had a little over 1800 women acknowledge that over the last five years 8 percent of them had actually involved in some kind of purging behavior and 7% have engaged in some kind of compulsive exercise dynamic in their lives. for me, i can tell you that any given time, half to 60 percent of the population are adult women. we tend to have most people assume that it will always be teenager's that will be in treatment when in fact we have women in their '30's '40's and '50's who are just now seeking treatment. >> these are people who may

have had eating disorders before or were on the cusp and were taken over, something like menopause that changes or body enough >> absolutely. as we grow older there is more of an expectation as a woman to still have an idealized body type and we all know that menopause kicks in and your metabolism slows and or body changes but somehow in our culture we are expected to fight back and oftentimes to the extreme >> what kinds of advice would you give to someone who feels they are on the cusp. maybe someone in their family? >> i first point of advice is to all we seek an assessment of some kind from a professional who specializes in eating disorders and really understands what the nuances are in terms of having a healthy relationship with exercise. >> we will have a link to that treaty on our web site later on today. jennifer lombardi with summit eating disorders and out reach,

>> today we're doing pasta primavera, this time of year so many beautiful vegetables are in the market and pasta primavera it is just about any vegetable you can think of. i saw paid them and steam them with all oil and garlic, a little bit of pasta water just to steam it and that makes it nice and it's often side. now we will finish this up with women and used oil. now we will have corkscrew pasta right on top of this. a little bit more lemon, that is all, very simple to make. absolutely loaded with flavor. on the next day, it is even better because it can also be a cold pasta plates.

there are at least to be area restaurants that are still serving the fat and it stuck delicacy. one of those is the presidio social club. it is on federal land so they say they are exempt from the statewide ban and the are celebrating bastille day today, offering a special menu where guests can add the delicacy for an additional $18. it will continue to offer the delicacy as a staple on its menu. in mountain view, the head chef of t.j. is giving it away. one animal activists says that is the legal. >> we are here to educate the public that they aren't legally in violation of the band and they care more about a cruel delicacy than complying with the law. if they are violating this law you have to wonder what others they're violating >> that was one animal

activists. the restaurant stockpiled the delicacy before the ban took effect. the use to sell it on their menu but now they're giving it away to the patrons who choose their tasting menu. mt. view police have received some complaints about the restaurant serving it and they have turned the case over to the santa clara county d.a. because they say the law is just too confusing. we know at least two bay area restaurants will be serving it. >> it seems like there are several loopholes here. you can give it away for free but you can't sell it. it is confusing for some many restaurants and i understand there is a lawsuit going forward >> the band actually took effect on july 1st and in about one day there was already a lawsuit filed by people who were challenging the ban and among those plantains are owners of a restaurant group that serves it and a few restaurants near l.a..

>> this morning, firefighters in placer county are getting extra help as they make progress area it is burning for a fourth straight day. >> good morning to you, 1600 firefighters and personnel are fighting this fire in placer county but as you mentioned, it will get some much needed assistance this morning. it started last night with some help from the crew here. the national guard was brought in and these bad boys are definitely going to provide some assistance with all the water they can draw.

joining me this morning is the chief with the national guard, good morning to you. tell us about how, with the buckets, over 600 gal. of water can make a huge difference >> particularly in this fire, i have fought a couple of other fires down south and of the typography here is pretty steep and it is tough to get ground crews in. having the air assets brings in a lot more to fight the fire >> with 20 percent contained right now, i don't know if you can estimate or assume what this would put out in terms of increasing containment in one day with five of these >> it was 10 percent yesterday and we put some aircraft on the fire and it is that 20 percent so if you go by that, maybe you can look at what we did and

obviously the ground crews are doing a lot of hard work so with the five aircraft on the fire + civilian aircraft, i don't even want to venture to guess but i think the more aircraft we get on the fire the better >> you have operated this blackhawk on a federal level in afghanistan. this kind of hits home for you >> all of us have been to either iraq or afghanistan. most of us joined the national guard to do this type of mission. we do search and rescue but if you ask most of the crew here and the crew chiefs what their favorite mission is is probably this one. this is literally in our backyard so to be able to get out and help our fellow californians really means a lot to us. >> thanks for your time and stay safe. 1,400 a. have burned, there are

in western australia, a mining community. very remote and there's no reason why any human being would be there unless your mining so the dog, he would travel from person to person and walk out in the middle of the road whenever a car was going and jump in the car and go wherever it was going. >> everyone welcomed him >> exactly. he never had a single master until the guy i play showed up in town and he decided, you are my master. it is a great love story between him and this woman he introduces me to. a beautiful story because something happens and red dog goes out in search of me. i guess he went so far has to, they have photographs of him on japan and on airplanes and he would find people and people like the dog so much. we filmed the story in one of
