[cheers and applause] >> so, earlier this week you mentioned that whitney houston was on "silver spoons" and she was saving all her love for you! so, tell us, what happened? between you and whitney houston? >> i got to kiss whitney. >> what? >> i mean it wasn't a full-on make out session that's been described in the press. it was just a good, nice kiss. >> how old were you guys? >> i was like 15, she might have been 19. >> wow.

[cheers and applause] >> that's nice. now, tell us about the inspiration for your new project, "our wild hearts" and how you got your whole family involved? >> well my beautiful daughter

who's 16 has wanted to act since she was 16 years old. so she got to the point where she is, she was going to act with or without dad's permission. she's got her driver's license, so she was going to get a job eventually and i wanted to be the first to work with her because i knew how much raw talent she had and i wanted her to have a great first experience. so the whole family, all six of us ended on the film, in the film. and co-wrote with my wife. [cheers and applause] >> that's cool. >> yes. >> well, cambry is in our audience today. there she is. lovely young girl. [cheers and applause] >> beautiful. >> cambry is it true that while you guys were shooting "our wild hearts," things got kind of real between a fight scene that involved you and your brother? >> so it was a scene where i'm supposed to punch him in the jaw. it was supposed to be all choreographed. so we tried to choreograph it to

make it look natural so it wasn't looking natural my dad's like cambry, he whispers in my ear, you're actually going to knock him in the jaw. in the scene i completely punch him with full force and you know, we got the reaction that we wanted. he came up, he's like i'm going to get you! place, anytime. so are you ready for the move? >> i think so. >> we're only going to need one dumbell. step up on the mat and do squats with a figure eight swing. so take one dumb bell, hold it out and pass it through the legs around and down. as you get more comfortable swing that arm straight. >> how many pounds? >> i would say, maybe five. so the idea here is the more muscles -- >> i think someone's cheating or something. >> someone's having a hard time. >> my eight is crooked. which way this way? >> there you go, exactly. you're working multiple muscle groups. i don't even want you to see what's coming up for you. we will move onto the next one. all these exercises are multiple muscle groups, working a lot of multiple muscle groups, saves time burns more calories. >> and you also say it's better to exercise at the same time every day? >> well, the idea behind that is your body gets conditioned to work out at that specific time, so it's going to release fat burning energy boosting hormones which is what we want. you want to go harder so you burn more calories and get better results. [cheers and applause] now, for this move you need both dumbbells. i'm going to show you the easier version first and then we'll move onto the harder version. so we're going to come here, bend this knee slightly over the ankle and tap that back foot with the ball of your foot on the ground. dumbbells in each hand and we're going to row up, nice and wide to the chest. down and up. and then if you're comfortable,

i want you to launch up on that foot raise the back leg and continue to row. [cheers and applause] that is amazing. but look at sara, and julie. this is great. skeeze your booty, this is just terrible. i got to come over here. no come here, you got this you can do this. balance, bend over, come on, now come on. ask down the coast with heavy flooding. massachusetts is expected to get hit particularly hard. about 30 miles southeast of boston dozens of streets were closed after two and a half feet of water washed ashore. the high waves and strong winds are expected to cause extensive beach erosion. inland the issue is snow. parts of new england could see up to a foot. some ten inches are expected in boston before it's all said and done. the good news? the storm should move out to sea later today. cbs news weather consultant david bernard has the details wrrlts. >> a light to moderate heavy snow continues to blanket most of southern new england and also the tristate area. occasionally the snow bands are heavy, and we're going to see additional accumulating snows over the next six hours or so. winter storm warnings continue for much of massachusetts and northern rhode island. winter weather advisories for the rest of new england and the tristate area looking for about three to five inches of snow. up to a foot of snow possible across portions of eastern massachusetts.
