4:21 am
i know, i hate it. i don't want to be like this. that's why i'm going to the salvation army. it's not court-ordered but i want to get better. but i give u.a.'s three times a week and i came up dirty this last month. i kind of understand why. here's the situation-- as far as i'm concerned, i think you should go to jail. okay, i'll go. i mean, i need to. i don't want to use. he said i had to be at the salvation army between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning. have you been arrested before? yeah, when i first got in the drug court program a year ago. what was the charge? u.i.c.s. 6-19, one for one, she previous'ed. are you going to jail? no. last name, ( blip ), first name, susan. date of birth is 3/17/64. nineteen.

( garbled transmission ) previous for u.i.c.s. rochelle, you know i hate it, too. roger: i can't help her... provided you don't take her to jail, i can have the salvation army officer call you with verification that she is enlisted. sutton: we don't want to ruin your kids' lives. i don't want to ruin them, either, 'cause they're good kids.
4:23 am

4:24 am
are going. okay? you're the responsible adult. you are in charge of these kids. i expect you, as a parent, to be more responsible. you've seen a trend going on here for a long time, and you've done nothing about it. tomorrow, it's going to start. okay? for their safety for them, okay? not for you and her, but for those little kids. they're the ones i'm concerned about. okay? do you understand? susan: yes, i do. i'm sorry, katie i'm sorry, rochelle. ojeda: what's going to be the best? just taking her to jail won't change anything. sutton: the only thing it could do is force them to put her in a treatment program. ojeda: maybe, maybe not but either way she'll be out in a few hours. they'll draw blood and let her go. sutton: they call drugs a victimless crime? ojeda: yeah, i got three little victims in there, talk to them. officer: 132 and bush i've got him at gunpoint. dispatcher: gunpoint, 132 and bush. cover is code three.
