martin. mark strassmann reports. >> reporter: news helicopter showed george zimmerman being questioned by police outside the home of his wife's parents, minutes after shellie zimmerman had called 911. >> he's in his car and he continually has his hand on his gun and he keeps saying step closer. he's just threatening all of us. >> step closer to what? >> with his firearm. and he's gonna shoot us. >> okay. >> he punched my dad in the nose, my dad has a mark on his face. i saw his glasses were on the floor. he accosted my father and then took my ipad out of my hand and smashed it and cut it with a pocket knife. i don't know what he's capable of. i'm really, really scared. >> reporter: shellie zimmerman filed for divorce last week. she and her parents declined to press charges. after monday's confrontation. george zimmerman was not arrested. >> we, the jury, find george zimmerman not guilty. >> reporter: last july, he was acquitted of second degree murder for shooting trayvon martin. zimmerman thought the unarmed teenager looked suspicious and

this video is my confession. >> reporter: cordle's 3 1/2-minute video has gone viral. the 22-year-old admits he got drunk and crashed head on into vincent canzani's car. his blood alcohol limit was twice the legal limit. police put him in handcuffs. he plans to plead guilty. but cordle's public confession is of no comfort to vincent canzani's daughter who calls the video self-serving. quote, my family has not been helped at all by this video. nothing has changed for the better and if anything it has only caused us heartache. cordle said he posted this on the internet to send a message. >> i'm begging you, please don't drink and drive. still to come, your tuesday morning weather. and why a pro soccer player is getting death threats from some pop music fans. my asthma's under control.

winning his second u.s. open title and 13th grand slam tournament. he trails only pete sampras and roger federer in grand slam victories. in baseball, dodgers third baseman juan uribe has a career ninth. the 13-year veteran homers in his first three at-bats against arizona. it's the first three-homer game of his career. as a team, the dodgers would hit six home runs in an 8-1 victory. and an english premier soccer player is receiving death threats for a play he made during a charity game. gabriel agbonlahor accidently ran over louis tomlinson. during a match in scotland on sunday, and for the uninefficieuninitiated, tomlinson is a member of the boy band undirection. some members of the british boy band saw the play and lashed out against agbonlahor on twitter. the pro player said he will apologize to tomlinson when he sees him again.

this painting went from worthless to worth millions. it's a van gogh and had been sitting in an attic for 60 years because the owners thought it was a fake. officials at the museum in amsterdam said the owner brought it to them in 2011 to be authenticated. the painting is the first full-size canvas painting by the dutch artist to be discovered since 1928. and a teenager in south carolina is using her skills in photography to reach out to the homeless community. as chip reid reports it's a personal project that gained support along the way. >> reporter: 16-year-old victoria turner has wanted to own a business since she was 7. she loves taking pictures so she

put together a plan for a photography business and entered her high school's entrepreneur competition. each contestant had to give back to the community. turner chose photographing homes families at no charge. >> everybody has some type of beauty and i just wanted to show that to the world and just make them feel great about themselves. >> reporter: turner's plan was big on doing good but short on making money. how would you describe the business? >> i would say it's not on the profit side it's more on the nonprofit side as of right now. >> reporter: turner told the judges she enjoyed photographing the homeless because as a young girl she and her mother briefly lived in a shelter. she wanted to give back. that caught the attention of some of the judges including one of the judges margie bizarro. >> i said there's no way we can let go.

someone's got to do something to help her. >> reporter: bizarro knew first hand what she was talking about. >> the way i grew up, you know, i was a single parent home, you know, my mom just didn't have a lot of resources, but she -- there were people that helped us along the way. >> reporter: turner did not win the competition, but the judges gave her an award for most heart which including a $250 prize. she used the money to buy clothes for homeless families to wear in their photo sessions. >> i'll never forget what she's doing at all. >> reporter: sandra dangerfield and her four children have spent five months in shelters over the past year. what do you think about the picture? >> it's from heart. >> reporter: leandra baker said the competition has transformed her once shy daughter. now turner wants to go to college and get a business degree but she said her business will be less about making money but helping people in need. chip reid, cbs news, summerville, south carolina.
