students rallied outside the sae house on the university of oklahoma campus. some students remained inside whoul they while they protested outside. >> thai someone should have stood up and said hey, we should not say this. >> reporter: the racist video shows members of sa e.on the bus singing a song. tuesday, one of the men seen on the bus parker rice issued an apology writing i am deeply sorry for what i did saturday night. it was wrong and reckless. i made a horrible mistake by joining into the singing and encouraging others to do the same. rice said the song was likely fueled by alcohol and confirmed it was taught by other members. it's more important to acknowledge what i did and what i didn't do he wrote. i didn't say no. my goal for the long term is to

city of ferguson resigned. he was voted out last night in what was called a mutual separation 'agreement. last week the justice didn't issued a report alleging racial buy yis repeatedly reporting shaw's role. seven months ago a white police officer fatally shot michael brown, an unarmed black teenager. they're ready to move on the islamic state of the city of tikrit. they captured another town on the city's outskirts yesterday. tikrit is islam's hometown and they're cult off on all sides. the islamic state is estimated to hold a third of iraq and syria. and isis issued a video reportedly showing a young boy executing a young palestinian man who allegedly spied for israel. the boy dressed in camouflage is seen standing behind the man.

the video appears to show the boy shooting the man in the head. the father of the 19-year-old victim said he left for syria four months ago but the israeli security agency said he h had left for turkey to fight with isis. on capitol hill they're accusing 47 senators for trying to undercut the president and sabotage negotiations with iran over the nuclear program. the letter says any deal could be overturned by a future president or congress. in a written statement, vice president biden said i cannot recall another instance in which senators wrote directly to advise another country that the president does not have the constitutional authority to reach a meaningful understanding with them. the letter's author tot cotton, a senator for nine weeks, denied ujds mining the nuclear talks. >> congress must approve a deal for a deal to be lasting and congress will only approve a deal if it stops iran from getting a nuclear weapon.
