expert captain sully sullenberger. an officer was indicted on a murder charge. the video shows what happened. a warning, the video you are about to see might be disturbing. >> take your keys out. >> the prosecutor called the shooting, quote, senseless and says the officer purposely killed samuel. he will be arraigned today. it's the latest fatal confrontation between police and an unarmed black suspect. last night the activist group, black lives matter, held a rally against police violence. we have more on how a routine traffic stop turned deadly. >> reporter: university of cincinnati police officer surrendered to authorities wednesday. he's being indicted for the

murder of 43-year-old samuel. shot dead during a traffic stop on july 19th. >> this is the most asinine move i have seen a police officer make. totally unwarranted. it was -- it's an absolute tragedy. in the year 2015, that anyone would behave in this manner. >> the prosecutor saw the video. it shows him pulling him over for a missing front license plate. he hands him a bottle of gin that was in the vehicle and says he doesn't have his drivers license on him. he asks for him to get out of the car. he restarts the vehicle. he orders him to stop and fires one shot. >> people don't get shot for a traffic stop unless they are violent toward the police officer. and he wasn't. >> reporter: the prosecutor says

a giant python was found in everglades national park. it measured 18 feet and three inches. it may be the second largest python ever caught in florida. it was captured by a researcher. they are capable of eating deer and alligators. a park official says it python was humanely euthanized. the minnesota dentist who illegally hunted and killed a rare african lion remains in hiding this morning. he is the target of intense criticism both on the internet, now his place of business. >> extradite! extradite! extradite!
