the driver of that car is under arrest for attempting to leave the scene. police say alcohol does appear to be a factor. the driver of the nissan was injured and taken to a hospital. federal officials say they think they found a cargo ship the disappeared during hurricane joachim. it is said to be 15,000 feet down. the navy will send in a special deep ocean vehicles to confirm it is the ship. the ship disappeared on october 1 with 33 crewmembers. it is sunday morning in russia, a national day of mourning. a memorial of flowers is going to remember the 224 people killed, most were from the russian city of st. petersburg. and desiccator say the plane fell from the sky 20 minutes after taking off from a resort city. isis is claiming responsibility.

>>reporter: a russian airbus took off around 6 am on saturday morning from egypt. the metro jet was on its way to st. petersburg when the pilot radioed the control tower to report technical problems. the plane went off course and disappeared from radar about 20 minutes into the flight. military search helicopters spotted wreckage in the sinai peninsula, the same area where government and islamic eight militants have clashed. isis has claimed responsibility, but are not known to have the capability to bring down a plane at those heights. a caravan of am& transported the dead to a morgue in cairo. victims family members gathered at a hotel where grief counselors were on hand.

police said the car went up on a sidewalk before slamming to a fence. two men and a 10-year-old girl died. the driver, a 63-year-old man is expected to live. so far no charges have been filed. tonight more than 40 chipotle restaurants have been close. 22 people have gotten sick after eating at the popular mexican fast food chain in oregon and washington. no deaths have been reported, but about a third of those thick have been hospitalized. 43 restaurants in both states are closed while health officials work to pinpoint the source. another financing plan for a stadium in oakland is expected to be unveiled next week. oakland has been pitching a coliseum city complex, but so far the numbers have not worked out. this plan is being put together by a company called tipping
