from the second floor to the first floor. that firefighter was able to go there. it was not injured. >> that was knocked down in an hour. it appeared the fire started outside of the home. a hiker reported missing in point reyes when he did not return home on new year's day has been found dead. the search for the man, believed to be in his 60s. his car was found not far away. the hiker's name has not yet been released. in bay area headlines right now in the wake of last month's tour bus crash at union square, new inspection legislation. 21 people were hurt when the sightseeing bus went out of control, hitting barriers, scaff folds and cars. the chp found violations in the fleet. they could lose the license if the problems are not fixed in 120 days. a new auditor will be overseeing san jose's police
