francisco jo guards accused of making inmates flight in glad ator matches. the announcement was made against two deputies and one former deputy. the deputies forced inmates to fight each other for entertainment and gambled on the matches. a preliminary hearing for three deputy charged with killing an inmate. yesterday, graphic photos of michael reid were made public for the first time. the images shows the inmate's body hours after he was found beaten to death. and the deputies charged on his murder are out on $1.5 million bail. in san francisco, sacramento -- the health department issued an order to vacate last week. and throughout the morning, a number of agencies have been helping the homeless pack up their belongings. >> so far so good. everything has been going really well. the crews came out this morning at
