to the fire station, he saw an unsettling scene in the driveway. >> coming to work this morning, i saw the police car here. i thought maybe some aggression to the station. >> reporter: it was not a crash. it was a male victim dead with blood on his shirt. the body was found at 7 am this morning when they were leaving to go on a car that i call. -- a call. >> when they went to leave, they saw the car parked right in front of the station. >> reporter: the victim was 51 years old, the preliminary investigation does not show foul play. but in an autopsy this week, that will give more clues on how a man ended up dead in front of a firehouse. >> the sheriff's office said that the victim may have had a medical condition. a fire has a split -- displaced a family.
