family for a sunday stroll. here's the time lapse. the rain from this camera. >> the east bay is seeing rain. there were some light showers in oakland. >> it is showing scattered showers. it is more towards the north rather than the south. definitely cooler weather, gusty winds, it is powered with a cold blow-off top oregon. that will keep rain in the forecast for tomorrow night. for the mountains, that transfers to a winter weather advisory, snow levels at 4500 feet. we will have more on the forecast coming up. >> the rain is not helping the situation in morocco. people are dealing with a landslide and a sinkhole. >> reporter: one of the sleeper -- one of the sleepy suburbs,

there are two emergency situations going on. let's start with a land slide, it is on august the drive, several homes on the hillside, the rain is coming down steadily right now. that is not helping matters. people put up signs saying it is not safe to go inside the homes. is el niño storm, the last few weeks, it leveled three houses on the side of the whole. warping walls and windows and foundation. >> obviously, with the additional ring, on saturday and sunday we are concerned about additional mudslides. we are praying that we do not lose more of our foundation. if the structure hopefully it does not become more compromised than the already is.>> reporter: this is the sinkhole, it is under a tarp right now. they have a lot of work to do. they have been able to take out that traffic signal pole that collapsed inside of the sinkhole. now there is a spaghetti bowl of utilities inside the

sinkhole. there are several lines inside the. they restored gas to this area. a week ago, we were standing out here, when a lot of businesses, 450 people had to be evacuated out of the area, in fact, this gas line was compromised and it was leaking gas at the time. the link is under control, but they have a lot of work to do, in order to fix it they have to fix the sinkhole. state tuned. we are -- stay tuned. we are reporting live. a car was parked outside the fire station in oakley, inside that car was a man's body. the car was not inside -- in a crash, but the man inside had blood on the shirt. at the moment, they do not think it was ball play. firefighters discovered it as they were going onto a call at 7 am.

the car was not there three hours earlier on a call they were called into. >> i have never seen anything like this in my 15 years here. >> the sheriff's office says that the man was 51 years old and they are waiting on an autopsy to figure out how he died. for this fire cut it forced 14 people out of their homes. it happened at 2 am on mount mckinley drive, it's spread from a shed to two houses. everyone made it out okay but the home has smoke damage. no word on what caused the fire. more potential delays, crews continue to work on fixing an electrical problem on the yellow line. it is of stretch of area, there are alternate routes between the two stations. they are trying to replace a $1000 piece of equipment. presidents obama's historic

and the snow levels are 4500 feet. early tomorrow morning, approaching the north bay, a disturbance, it will be a little bit on settled, and then there will be a downpour, then it will clear up, then there will be a down pour it is spring -- a downpour. it is spring time. this is what were going to expect, the idea of a thunderstorm, that is not out of the question. the weather will be cooling and warmer weather will return on wednesday. and we will dry up. but right now we have showers much of the third of the state. sun is up tomorrow morning. san francisco 60 degrees tomorrow, oakland 64 degrees.
