right now. i'm anne makovec in for michelle gri choi. . good morning. we are following breaking news. i'm anne makovec in for michelle. >> and i'm kenny choi. the breaking news out of san francisco. we're learning of a person who was hit by a bart train. the san francisco fire department has extricated the person who is now being taken

to the hospital. trains are single tracking through the station. those at west oakland and 24th street mission stations are being turned around. bart said expect delays. new at noon, the san mateo county sheriffs office said these three people have been arrested in the murder of 27- year-old ceeghtd green. oliver adella was arrested on friday. tiffany li and kaveh bayat were arrested on saturday. li is green's former girlfriend and the mother of his 2 kids. his body was found on may 11th. more details on the arrest are expected at a press conference this afternoon. we'll have the latest information on kpix 5 news at 5:00. and we are following developing news out of vallejo where a young boy was killed in a suspicious fire over the weekend. kpix 5 reporter jackie ward spoke with a neighbor who

rushed into the burning home to try and save that child. jackie? >> reporter: that's right, anne. investigators have been out here all morning saying they finish what does they need to get done, but we still don't know the cause of the fire. a neighbor said he did everything he could do to try and save a little boy. neighbors tell us this is 5- year-old deleon, the 5-year-old boy killed in sunday morning's fire. jeff aims was across the street from the air and called 911 before running to help. >> i heard the woman, the mom out front hollering to save her baby. her baby was inside. >> reporter: jeff said he was able to get halfway in the home. the flames were mostly contained to the back bedroom. >> the flames were thick, toxic, thick, thick, smoke. i got low and kind of was hugging the floor and then a few feet further and that was it. >> reporter: by the time that

the crews arrived, it was too late. but jeff wasn't a -- alone in his efforts. many people step inside to help. >> to see this, it's tragic, but there is value to it, too. >> reporter: arson dogs were out trying to determine the cause. vallejo fire confirmed it was not an accident. they are expected to speak to the media soon and hopefully, we will get an update later. but for now, all we know is the fire was not an accident. >> the boy's teen brother is recovering from minor injuries and his mother is recovering from burns. the trial of the man accused of killing sorry lamar has been delayed again. it was supposed to start last month but the defense pushed it

gray. gray uries new detail this is noon in the trial of a baltimore police officer involved in the arrest of freddie gray. >> gray, you may remember, died from injuries sustained while in police custody and today, a judge acquitted officer edward nero of all charges including second degree assault, reckless endangerment, and two counts of misconduct. grey's neck was broken on the ride to fail while handcuffed and shackled.

have blue out there, some clearing. it's 70 in concord and 59 in san francisco so the micro microclimates are at work. and we have the high def doppler out, so we are seeing pop-up showers and across the north bay and hamilton, and santa cruz mountains seeing showers, too. and the higher elevations are releasing the highest likelihood of a pop-up shower or two. why? this guy, a low pressure system in place and he's been there since the weekend, and that's why we saw cooler temperatures since saturday and sunday and sticking around for the next couple days bringing us temperatures slightly below average. here's what to expect, partly cloudy with a pop-up shower or two especially in the hills and highs on the cool to mild side and plenty of clouds roll in overnight tonight and we could see more drizzle as well. the sunset getting later and
