fall to the cleveland a heartbreaking end to a dream season. the golden state warriors fall to the cleveland cavaliers, 93- 89. in a game that had everyone holding their breath from the very beginning. >> people in cleveland are thrilled tonight, they are celebrating in the streets. the city's first major sports title since 1964. >> in oakland a quieter scene. chopper 5 over oracle arena. warriors fans disappointed but proud of how their team left it all on the court. >> good evening. first, scary moments after the game. police say two fans into the into a fight and one of them fell over a railing from the 2nd to the 1st deck. the injured man is in his 20s.

a lot of buzz from smoke and flaring coming from the chevron refinery. the company released a statement saying it is an important part of keeping the refinery running. it helps keep the equipment running safely. a small plane plummeted on a set of b.a.r.t tracks killing the pie lot. the crash brought -- pilot. the crash brought b.a.r.t to a stand still. the plane burst into flames. >> having issues. left engine, unable to maintain altitude. >> reporter: the radio traffic gives a window into the final moments of the flight. >> is there any field anywhere around here that you can see that you can land at? >> reporter: having trouble keeping the plane in the air, the pilot scans looking for a safe place to land. >> the plane came over us. he was really low. >> reporter: moments later the plane plunged from the sky, crashing near the b.a.r.t tracks where it would burst

into flames. >> a big explosion. >> we called 911 and let them know where we were at. my husband and my youngest son went and ran down there to try to see what was happening. >> reporter: they were not prepared for what they would find. pilot trapped, plane burning. the would-be good samaritans powerless to help. investigators are trying to figure out what went wrong. the witnesses say the plane appeared to be having mechanical problems. >> it was a 2-engine plane. and i know at least one of them was not working. >> reporter: the crash forced b.a.r.t to shutdown service in the area for several hours while they inspected the tracks. the trains were rolling once again by midafternoon. b.a.r.t resumed at 2:30 in the afternoon to help a's fans get home from the game and warriors to get to game 7 this evening. in hayward, kpix5. we are getting a look at the damage after yesterday's five alarm fire in san francisco's mission district.

several buildings burned. investigators are trying to figure out what sparked the flames. kpix5 mark kelly reports those that live and work in the buildings are wondering when they can get back inside. >> 24 hours after this enormous blaze consumed 5 buildings in the outer mission, the owners return to see what is left of their businesses. this is one of the few spared. >> everything is fine. we are one of the lucky ones. >> reporter: you have to be relieved? >> yes. i am lucky. i am sorry for the other people, my neighbors, i am sorry for them. >> reporter: neighbors like the sanchez family. they run this restaurant for two decades. now, firefighters tell them it is too dangerous for them to everyone step a foot inside. >> really sad. we don't know what is going to happen. >> been there for 20 years. it is my whole life. it is very important to me. >> reporter: the fire broke out at 2:30 yesterday afternoon

and quickly grew to a five alarm. consuming the neighborhood and taking 150 firefighters to try and stamp it out. >> do we have any idea of a cause? >> no. still under investigation right now. it was somewhere back in the middle. that is all i know right now. >> reporter: every person made it out alive with 2 people treated for smoke inhalation and an infant that suffered breathing problems. lauren was not home when the fire started so she is desperately looking for her tabby cat named "turkey". >> if you yell bottle cap she will come out and she likes cheese grier cheese, be on the lookout. >> one of 58 fire victims not sure when or if they will be allowed back into their homes any time soon. i am told 8:00 a.m. tomorrow building inspectors will be back out here to reassess these buildings. but, two of them including coal hardware has been red tagged. in the outer mission, mark

>> today the pastor thanked the media for all of the extra attention. now, the fires, the first one, new mexico fire officials say winds could of started this blaze. it is only 9% contained. it started last week in the monzono mountains. 24 homes destroyed there. another pastor growing wildfire threatening homes in san diego. 75 people e vac waited a town north of mexico. the border fire -- evacuated a town north of mexico. the border fire broke out, 15 unacres, horses and others are evacuated. in santa barbara, heat and strong winds are fueling another wildfire that scherpa fire it has burned more than 7800 acres. it is 51% contained now. but 270 homes and ranches there are under evacuation orders. the first family is back in

washington, d.c. tonight after their weekend get away to joe seplity national park. before boarding marine 1 they greeted about one dozen park rangers. he used the visit to taut national parks importance and call attention to how chime at change threatens them. the first family's visit comes as the national park service celebrates the 100th anniversary. the president will be in the bay area on friday. he is scheduled to appear at stanford, university for the global entrepreneur summit. more than a dozen delegates will be there. the sennet runs until sunday. for the first time the dalai lama will visit. it is part of a statewide act of kindness campaigned launched by a state senator. the spiritual leader is expected on speak about compassion, the environment and ethical leadership. the speech will not be open to the public due to security

concerns. warm weather in the area. not as warm as it has been in the south west. still, middle 90s, plenty warm in the 80s around the bay. we began with the excessive heat warning where there is stiffelling conditions and readings close to 110 degrees in burbank tomorrow. and it -- just to give you a dramatic example of this. palm springs is forecasted to hit 123 degrees. they have been setting record highs down there. in the meantime, the bay area right now. far mild by comparison. 66 for san jose. highs today, we have low 90s in napa and concord. now, middle 90s, 94 degrees today. we get a little warmer tomorrow. overnight lows tonight, in the meddle 50s, sun up on summer solstice. the first at least by the tphoplical definition day of summer. june, july, august. now, the solstice rolls in at 3:30 in the afternoon. same for the rare moon. high pressure over the

today. police say the 27-year-old s killed by his own car. afte got out of it this morining. the car slid backward... pig him against a brick pillar a security fence. a freak accident in hollywood. 27-year-old was killed by his own car. he got out of it, the car went backwards pinning him between a brick pillar and a security fence. he was best known for playing in the recent revival of "star trek". a 13-year-old lawsuit has ticket master giving away millions of free ticket vouchers. the company is sending out the offers to customers who paid and ordered processing fee that never got refunded. to qualify, the punches had to have been made between october 1999 and february 2013. the lawsuit alleges that ticket master was charges quote excessive fees. customers can can log into their account to see if they have a voucher. big waves at the box office this weekend from disney
