anonymous hotline and offering up legal advice to any officer that wants to be a whistleblower, and may be willing to shed light on further police misconduct in oakland. we've heard a lot about the police misconduct over the last few months, celeste watts said she had several -- sex with several officers while underage, reports of racist text messages, even a homicide detective that allegedly had his girlfriend write some of his reports. and they say that a lot of this went unreported due to the code of silence within the department, and shedding light and encouraging officers to share anonymous tips.>> for members of the oakland police department and other law enforcement agencies that are sick and tired of the leadership they are forced to endure, sick and tired of the abuse pollinated within the department, to come forward as

whistleblowers, and to announce their concerns.>> reporter: the group has some beads with the mayor, and has been critical with whomever and the department is sharing the information about some of the scandals with the press, and she says she is trying to protect the investigation. and this group has formed a recall petition to the mayor and delivering it to city hall as we speak.>> have we heard anything from the mayor about this?>> reporter: i contacted her this morning but have not heard back, and generally she has been receptive to criticism and says that that is the american way, and she seems to listen to it, but we have not heard a response on this exact recall petition. the golden state warriors draymond green has been arrested for assault, confirming he got into a fight with another man around 2:30 am yesterday morning in michigan,

stomping grounds often.. to see those who set her on the path to college. she's in we first met anne, she was missing -- visiting michigan high school.'s back and those that set her on the path the college, and she is in town, this time as it college graduate.>> reporter: and that shop this video selfie -- anne shot this video selfie with a 3.4 gpa, and not that long ago she spoke no english.>> it still feels like a dream. >> reporter: the first in her family to graduate from college, and her relatives were all there and saved enough money to bring over her mother and brother from guatemala. at the latino graduation ceremony, it all hit home. mommy, poppy, this is for you and because of you she says.

anne was already in college when we first met her and this home video shows her in the dorm, and she wanted an education so badly that she came to the united states by herself when she was 14 years old, leaving her parents behind. >> my parents are farmers and could not afford to pay for school or leave guatemala. i hate needed to go to school and i wanted to go to school, and i wanted to be someone one day.>> reporter: and not lived with her sister that supported her by cleaning houses, no welfare or government support, on their own with many worries. >> food, transportation, a group and place to stay. >> reporter: what made the different -- the difference to anne was the staff at the high school where she graduated with a 3.0 -- graduated with a 3.8 and would go home to visit.>> michigan high was might home
