they ate the gummy candy.>> reporter: more partygoers are coming forward with symptoms, a total of 19 people left to wonder what made them sick. the san francisco police department in department of public health are investigating the poisoning. developments in the story of the homicide near the san francisco aquatic are, the family of 20-year-old calvin riley, he was playing pokimon go when he was killed, and it been attending san joaquin college and played baseball, and he was shot in the chest just before 10 pm. the paramedics performed cpr that he was pronounced dead at the scene, and they are trying to figure out what happened, and no arrests have been made. they said this kind of crime is rare.>> it is very unusual, every few years or five years

their final goodbyes. and her family describes her as kind, determined and always happy. >> i keep asking why. it is kind of hard to know that she is really gone. >> we are just trying our best to think of the happy moments we have had with her and we have never seen her sad. she was very happy and we should be happy because that is what she would want us to be. >> reporter: jonathan said that the driver was released from the hospital yesterday, and the police do not believe that alcohol or drugs were a factor. we are learning that one of the two skydivers that plummeted to his death was jumping for the first time in lodi, and the victim was 18 years old, and his family had gathered to watch them jump. the other victim was the skydiving instructor, and the sheriff's office said that the parachute never opened.

"verruckt (ver-ook tragedy on what is being called the world's tallest waterslide, a 12-year-old boy died on the slide at the water park in kansas city, missouri. it describes the slide is one that could send a three person raft down the 168 foot tall structure and they are trying to figure out what went wrong. the right is closed pending a full investigation and the park will be closed through tomorrow.>> safety is a priority. in addition to the safety on what happened on the right, our lifeguards are critical. this will be there be difficult for them to focus after something like this. for that reason we felt it was wise to close the park.>> multiple agencies are involved in the investigation, and the slide opened in july 2014. the athletes are in the spotlight at the real olympics, and musicians trying to draw attention to their plight, the music is banned.
