involved on the bay bridge yesterday crashed into each other, they cited one person but as a reminder they could decide to go as far as arresting someone, and impounding their motorcycle in the newsroom, kpix 5. there are still a lot of questions right now about what went wrong, leaving a boat with 30 people on it to cap size yesterday in san francisco. jessica flores is live from pier 45 with more jessica. >> reporter: right now police just don't know what caused the boat to cap size they are looking at all angels they say their next step is find the boat deep in the water and pull it out. >> investigators are trying to entangle what lead the cabin cruiser to cap size and sink these chaotic moments caught on camera. >> come on he's got kids. >> good samaritans threw life jackets to the victims just as a lifeless little boy was

to rebuild after the fire, and all of the brave firefighters who worked so hard to protect others from the fire's flames. >> the fire in 1991 destroyed more than 3,000 homes. one officer injuried in a deadly police shooting in palm springs is expected to be released from the hospital today he was responding to a domestic disturbance call yesterday afternoon when a man suddenly opened fire on him and two other officers. they were both killed. >> it was a disturbance call a family disturbance which is quite common and this is the end result. i have two officers they are now looking down on us from above, and our police department is now walking in the footsteps of two additional heros. >> police arrested 26-year-old john felix after a 12 hour stand off. hurricane matthew is now a tropical storm it caused widespread flooding across the southeast, and 15 people died.
