seat passenger was killed and four others were injured. other bay area headlines, san jose police investigate an officer-involved shooting but it's not clear if anyone was hit. they opened fire on an suv after he rammed their patrol car, the driver took off but a possible suspect was later detained. one officer suffered minor injuries. an award winning filmmaker arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting a man inside his home. he was arrested yesterday. the victim's son said his father was killed and that the man is his step-father. he's charged with homicide and being held without bail. attorneys are filing a lawsuit against a luxury hotel on behalf of 100 members of the naacp, they're seeking millions from the hotel, and they

chasing his driverless car! check out this frightening video from switzerland. that man darting into traffic, chasing his driverless car. he stopped on the shoulder to talk to a friend and the car just rolled away. it rolled off the road and into a pole. the man was not hurt. procedure at a theme park in australia, four people died when a water rafting ride malfunctions. >> police investigating how the thunder river rapids ride at dreamworld theme park turned deadly. >> he was in like the rapid ride in the front and then he turned around and saw that. >> the kids from screaming while the mom was trapped under. rather not talk about it. >> two men and women in their 30s and 40s died.
