house i bought with my ira. doing all the rehab comes out of my ira. and what i make on it goes back into my ira, and i'll make about $55,000 on this house. so, that's 30% in three months. my ira, say, if i had $150,000 in there, now it's $210,000 in there, so i can go get a bigger house, or i can get two houses or three houses or four houses going at one time with my own money and make, you know, 120% a year on my money. >> it was surprising for me to find out we could use our retirement to invest in real estate, like our ira and also 401(k). >> do you know that 90%-plus of the population does not know that? they do not know that you can take your 401(k) and your ira and actually invest within it. you can loan within it, you can flip houses, you can hold cash-flow property. so, for instance, let's say you have $100,000 in your ira and you find a property that's $100,000 even. that ira can hold that property

inside of it. and you can grow your retirement with brick-and-mortar assets that instead of being in the stock market, if that's where you choose not to be -- 'cause let's face it. if you have your money in cash, at a cash position, with depreciation and inflation, you are not gonna be able to outlive your money, unless you have an exuberant amount or you're a really high earner. and in most cases, that's not the way it is for most people, so you have to invest. if you own a piece of property, it's an appreciating asset that, for example, all the rents that come in go back into your ira. and let's say the market goes from $100,000 to $150,000 in the next five years -- that property gains $50,000 in equity. well, that means your ira just went up by $50,000, and all that income that comes in is tax-deferred until you deal with taking the income later. so it is a major vehicle of investing that my investors learn coming through my trainings. and again, just by coming to the free event, they're gonna know more about that. and the reason why your

>> the crowd has gathered here scott. the silence from the white house is deafening. president obama argued that the very fate of the republic, his words hinged on this election and he was on the stump for his successor more than any other president in modern history. donald trump, a man he called uniquely unfit for office is going to deal obama's historic presiency a serious blow.

clinton had promised that she would protect his achievement obamacare that has been damaged in recent months. she pledged to under take immigration reform and roll out environmental protections and defend that landmark nuclear deal with iran that trump said he is going to tear up. supreme court nominee doesn't look now like he will get confirmed. that is going to leave us with a split supreme court. he will renegotiate obama's deal with asia and other alliances. this is going to make it very difficult on monday when president obama heads to europe to try to reassure allies that america is going to stand by their defense, particularly considering that trump has made friendly overtures to russia. this is going to explain away in the light of day.

they were going to accomplish what they accomplished tonight. it is quite an achievement. >> i talked to his supporters a lot for your show. they want revenge. they don't want cooperation or compromise. they want to get even with the people in washington and wall street who did them down. >> what do you mean get even? >> with the politicians who didn't listen and the businesses who got rich and sent their jobs to foreign countries and they turned against them. one thing that the trump people have in common is they think they lost their america and want it back. >> there is confidence in a trump government. they are going down, down, down. with great concern. we will see what follows that.

wrong track. 77% said the fight is going badly. taking jobs away. i remember going back a decade and covering the economy and they felt that washington protected the rich and the boor and the last 16 years, the median income has not moved. that is a recipe for anger. and earlier they called donald trump and congratulated him on his big night and they say they had a nice conversation. it's a very interesting dance and if donald trump does pull out the victory.
