house i bought with my ira. doing all the rehab comes out of my ira. and what i make on it goes back into my ira, and i'll make about $55,000 on this house. so, that's 30% in three months. my ira, say, if i had $150,000 in there, now it's $210,000 in there, so i can go get a bigger house, or i can get two houses or three houses or four houses going at one time with my own money and make, you know, 120% a year on my money. >> it was surprising for me to find out we could use our retirement to invest in real estate, like our ira and also 401(k). >> do you know that 90%-plus of the population does not know that? they do not know that you can take your 401(k) and your ira and actually invest within it. you can loan within it, you can flip houses, you can hold cash-flow property. so, for instance, let's say you have $100,000 in your ira and you find a property that's $100,000 even. that ira can hold that property

inside of it. and you can grow your retirement with brick-and-mortar assets that instead of being in the stock market, if that's where you choose not to be -- 'cause let's face it. if you have your money in cash, at a cash position, with depreciation and inflation, you are not gonna be able to outlive your money, unless you have an exuberant amount or you're a really high earner. and in most cases, that's not the way it is for most people, so you have to invest. if you own a piece of property, it's an appreciating asset that, for example, all the rents that come in go back into your ira. and let's say the market goes from $100,000 to $150,000 in the next five years -- that property gains $50,000 in equity. well, that means your ira just went up by $50,000, and all that income that comes in is tax-deferred until you deal with taking the income later. so it is a major vehicle of investing that my investors learn coming through my trainings. and again, just by coming to the free event, they're gonna know more about that. and the reason why your

clinton had promised that she would protect his achievement obamacare that has been damaged in recent months. she pledged to under take immigration reform and roll out environmental protections and defend that landmark nuclear deal with iran that trump said he is going to tear up. supreme court nominee doesn't look now like he will get confirmed. that is going to leave us with a split supreme court. he will renegotiate obama's deal with asia and other alliances. this is going to make it very difficult on monday when president obama heads to europe to try to reassure allies that america is going to stand by their defense, particularly considering that trump has made friendly overtures to russia. this is going to explain away in the light of day.

they realize they will be the best nation on earth. he didn't think he would wake up to this kind of result. >> margaret, it sounds like and looks like there is a large crowd around. >> there is a crowd gathering and it has gotten larger in the past 30 minutes or so. they want to get things under control and we have a mix here. a chance of black lives matter. you have anti-donald trump chants and pro hillary chants. it's hard to in many ways pull through the gate exactly where sentiment is. it sounds as confused as many of

the political experts sflb predicting this out come. >> on january 20th, there is going to be a new resident in the most splendid of all public housing in america. >> indeed we do. into the "wall street journal" and strategist frank lutz. i begin with frank. me what you think. >> all exit polling should be banned. in state after state after state. the 5:00 p.m., the second wave got to wrong. the hidden trump vote and people will not acknowledge it. they will come out of the woodwork and third, how do you address that anger? those people really want to tear

up and blow up washington. the house and the senate this is going to be the most chaos in a long, long time. i believe trump will be the next president. we should keep it in mind. they are experiencing this evening as a political event and a historical event, but as a spiritual event. they feel grateful and they feel they are rebuking a decayed establishment that is richly earned a rebuke in 25 different ways. how did you react when you realized this was going to happen. he is a tough guy and said it

was 9:00 p.m. i burst into tears and this is going to be something. it's the right thing we are certain. i leave it there. >> this election day. this was just a victory for trump or a loss for hillary clinton? was it about trump or clinton? >> this is not a victory for trump. his people came out in the right place and the right numbers and brought extraordinary upset i

don't know if he is capable of that. every president has that and this president more than others. >> that's fair. on foreign policy. this is a total change from the foreign policy. >> it's almost like kicking away from the past 15 years. and his support as i must say, you said trump said it's a remarkable thing. his supporters too all along

they were going to accomplish what they accomplished tonight. it is quite an achievement. >> i talked to his supporters a lot for your show. they want revenge. they don't want cooperation or compromise. they want to get even with the people in washington and wall street who did them down. >> what do you mean get even? >> with the politicians who didn't listen and the businesses who got rich and sent their jobs to foreign countries and they turned against them. one thing that the trump people have in common is they think they lost their america and want it back. >> there is confidence in a trump government. they are going down, down, down. with great concern. we will see what follows that.

that would be reassuring to countries and could make moves like that if he wanted to. >> this question too. they will have months and months. if this is close, close, close, it looks like there may be movement in the area of questioning certain state outcomes. if it seems more definitive than that, i would think it appropriate that it's accepted and i would expect that. mrs. clinton is not sbhon is like trump. neither would be quick to do a concession speech and so we will see how that goes. >> this is about their protesters. we will see it in front of the white house. mark my word protests will grow.

it's kind of a howard biel coalition. 38% of trump voters told us they are angry at the federal government. 93% said the country is on the

wrong track. 77% said the fight is going badly. taking jobs away. i remember going back a decade and covering the economy and they felt that washington protected the rich and the boor and the last 16 years, the median income has not moved. that is a recipe for anger. and earlier they called donald trump and congratulated him on his big night and they say they had a nice conversation. it's a very interesting dance and if donald trump does pull out the victory.

he was not going to campaign with him. that angered a lot of trump supporters and tonight some are saying that trump should do everything he can to keep paul ryan from being reelected as speaker. you have a real drama aside from the fact that this race is so close. it only became a battle ground state today so people missed what was going on. the democrats needed to pick up five seat sos take control and they failed to do that. the senate will remain in republican hands. ,,

as we come to the i understand of this unprecedented election, we look at the moments including a few you might prefer to forget. >> inspired by the future. >> i have decided -- >> i am running for president. >> it's nobody's turn. it's everybody's test. it's wide open. >> i won't talk about jeb bush. i will not say he is low energy. i will not say it.
