george michael has died. he passed away peacefully at home. no other information available. but they don't think the circumstances of his death is suspicious. he launched had his career as half of the dueo wham. he had a successful car roar with "faith." he was 53 years old. carrie fisher is in stable condition after a medical emergency this weekend. her mother, debi reynolds, tweeted the news today writing if there is a change we will share it and thanked her fans and friends for their prayers and good wishes. on friday the star wars actress went into cardiac arrest on board a flight from london to los angeles. paramedics were at the airport when the plane touched down and rushed her to a local hospital. a tragic holiday in san jose. a 14-year-old was killed in a car crash. >> the police believe the 25- year-old driver was driving drunk. she died as well. it happened on capitol express way just after midnight.

the police say the driver of a chevy malibu crossed over the center median and hit a car carrying a child were hit head on. there was a shooting and sexual assault earlier today. it happened just after 2:30 this morning in the 500 block of 4th street. kpix jackie ward has the latest from the scene. >> the sfpd tells us two separate cases brought us here around two time time 30 this morning. with when the police first got here they found two gunshot victims on the sidewalk. one in his middle 20s and the other in his 30s. they were taken to the hospital for gun shot wounds that appear to be nonlife-threatening. the shooter was not able to get away. the gang task foris
